Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 26 . (canceled)
. A method for treating a lymphoma in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk).
. The method of claim 27 , wherein the lymphoma is a Hodgkin's lymphoma.
. The method of claim 27 , wherein the lymphoma is a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
. The method of claim 27 , wherein the lymphoma is selected from nodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma, extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma, splenic marginal zone B cell lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, or Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
. A method of treating a chronic lymphocytic leukemia in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk).
. A method of treating an acute lymphoblastic leukemia in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk).
. A method of treating a multiple myeloma in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk).
. A method of treating a leukemia in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk), wherein the leukemia is selected from hairy cell leukemia, chronic and acute myelogenous leukemia, B-cell prolymphocytic leukemia, or burkitt leukemia.
. The method of any of claims 27 and 31 - 34 , wherein the inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase is a reversible inhibitor of Btk.
. A method for treating a disorder characterized by the presence or development of one or more solid tumors comprising administering to an individual in need thereof an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk).
. The method of claim 36 , wherein the solid tumor is a lymphoma.
