Bedding with removable decorative attachment

Abstract

A bedding cover with an interchangeable decorative attachment that allows different designs and colors to be attached to the bed covering and removed for washing of bed covering.

1 . A bedding cover with an interchangeable decorative attachment having a first row of fastening means and a second row fastening means in a parallel configuration allowing for attachment of a interchangeable decorative attachment. 
     
     
         2 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein the interchangeable decorative attachment is a rectangular shape and runs the entire length of the bed covering. 
     
     
         3 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein the interchangeable decorative attachment is a rectangular shape and runs a partial length of the bed covering. 
     
     
         4 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein there are multiple interchangeable decorative attachment in a parallel arrangement. 
     
     
         5 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein there are multiple interchangeable decorative attachment with parallel and perpendicular arrangement to each other. 
     
     
         6 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein there are multiple interchangeable decorative attachment with shapes for random placement on bed covering. 
     
     
         7 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein the interchangeable decorative attachment is a single sheet of fabric of a decorative silk, satin, velvet or high grade polyester material. 
     
     
         8 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein said wherein interchangeable decorative attachment is a quilt, or comforter type of material with a padded batting and a sewn pattern. 
     
     
         9 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein a first fastening means on the bed covering is a button fastener and the second fastening means on the decorative attachment comprise a complementary button receiving hole. 
     
     
         10 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein said first fastening means on the bed covering and said second fastening means on the decorative attachment comprise hook and loop type fastening material. 
     
     
         11 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein fasteners comprise a snap type fastening material. 
     
     
         12 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein fasteners comprise a magnetic type of fastening system. 
     
     
         13 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein fasteners comprise a zipper type of fastening system. 
     
     
         14 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein fasteners comprise a clip type of fastening system. 
     
     
         15 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein fasteners comprise a hook and eyelet type of fastening system.

         17 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein said first fastening means on the bed covering and said second fastening means on the decorative attachment comprise a Velcro style of fastening material. 
     
     
         18 . The invention of  claim 1  wherein first fastening means on the bed covering is attached to the underside of a fabric strip or piping lip covering fasteners. 
     
     
         19 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein the interchangeable decorative attachment is duplicated at the upper and lower portions of the bed covering. 
     
     
         20 . The invention according to  claim 1  wherein interchangeable decorative attachment is along the length instead of the width of the bedding cover.
