Abstract
A nutritional beverage formulation for achievement of optimum health in an individual.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A process for preparing a nutritional beverage formulation comprising:
(1) obtaining water in an amount of about 15 ounces to about 20 ounces; (2) heating the water at a temperature of about 145 degrees F. to about 212 degrees F. for a time of about 3 minutes to 5 minutes; (3) adding to the heated water whole oats in an amount of about 4 oz. to about 8 oz.; (4) adding to the heated water ground cocoa in an amount of about ½ tablespoon to about 1½ tablespoons; (5) adding to the heated water cream of tartar in an amount of about ⅛ teaspoon to about ½ teaspoon; (6) adding to the heated water cinnamon in an amount of about ¼ 0 teaspoon to about ¾ teaspoon; (7) adding to the heated water nutmeg in an amount of about ⅛ teaspoon to about ½ teaspoon; (8) adding to the heated water banana in an amount of about ¾ of a whole banana to about 1½ whole bananas; (9) adding to the heated water honey in an amount of about 1 ounce to about 2 ounces; (h) adding to the heated water aloe vera in an amount of about 2 ounces to 4 ounces; (10) boiling sea water in an amount of about ½ tablespoon to about 2 tablespoons for a time of about three minutes to about five minutes; (11) adding boiled sea water to the heated water; (12) adding to the heated water liquid multivitamin with iron in an amount of about ½ tablespoon to about 1½ tablespoons; and (13) blending the heated water and the additives for a time of about 2 minutes to about 5 minutes to obtain the nutritional beverage formulation.
2 . A process for preparing a nutritional beverage formulation according to claim 1 further comprising:
(14) adding to the heated water nuts selected from the group consisting of peanuts, walnuts and cashews in an amount of about 1 ounce to 3 ounces;
(15) adding to the heated water a fruit selected from the group consisting of apple and sapodilla, wherein the fruit is peeled; the fruit present in an amount of about one piece of fruit to about 2 pieces of fruit;
(16) adding to the heated water unsweetened soy milk in an amount of about 15 ounces to 20 ounces;
(17) adding to the heated water flaxseed meal in an amount of about ½ tablespoons to about 1½ tablespoons;
(18) adding to the heated water seedless raisins in an amount of about 1 ounce to 3 ounces; and
(19) blending the heated water and additives for a time of about 2 minutes to about 5 minutes to obtain the nutritional beverage formulation.
3 . A kit for improving the lifestyle of a human, the kit comprising:
(1) a nutritional beverage formulation; (2) an exercise manual; and (3) a dietary manual; wherein the nutritional formulation comprises: (a) whole oats; (b) ground cocoa; (c) cream of tartar; (d) cinnamon; (e) nutmeg; (f) banana; (g) honey; (h) aloe vera; (i) sea water; and (j) liquid multivitamin with iron.
4 . A kit according to claim 3 wherein the formulation is mixed with water that has been heated at a temperature from about 145 to about 212 degrees F.
5 . A kit according to claim 3 wherein the exercise manual comprises instructions for performing exercises, the exercises being performed by a human immediately after awakening in the morning; the exercises comprising:
(1) with the human laying in bed, raising both legs and bringing the knees to the face; grasping the knees with both hands and holding for about 15 seconds;
(2) extending the legs outward, but keeping the heels raised above the bed about four inches; and moving the legs a scissors-like motion; the motion being in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction; and performing fifteen repetitions;
(3) touching the toes with both hands, the knees not bending; and performing fifteen repetitions;
(4) raising the arms above the head, rotating the shoulders from side to side while keeping the head and buttocks in contact with the surface of the bed; and performing ten repetitions;
(5) raising the head about three inches above the surface, tilting the chin toward the thorax, and performing ten repetitions;
(6) changing the body position by laying on the stomach; and extending the arms along the sides of the body, keeping the head in a comfortable position; and raising the legs toward the buttocks; firmly grasping the ankles with the hands, and holding this position for about fifteen seconds;
(7) raising both legs to form a ninety degree angle with the thighs, and then lowering the legs: repeating this motion fifteen times;
(8) bringing the body to a kneeling position, with the hands, knees and toes touching the surface; rotating the head from side to side and also up and down; also stretching the facial muscles;
(9) in a kneeling position, bringing the head to the surface next to the knees, and holding this position for fifteen seconds;
(10) in a kneeling position, extending one leg and raising to a comfortable height, keeping the leg substantially straight; and then returning the leg to its original position; then doing the same with the other leg; and performing both movements for fifteen repetitions;
(11) laying down flat on the back, and raising both legs until the knees substantially touch the face; keeping the legs slightly bent, and holding the position for about fifteen seconds;
(12) moving to a seated position, and extending both legs outward as far as possible; and performing fifteen repetitions of the extension;
(13) assuming a standing position on the floor, and touching toes with both hands, keeping the knees straight; and holding this position for fifteen seconds;
(14) in a standing position, placing both hands behind the knees, and bringing the forehead as close to the knees as possible, without straining; and holding this position for about fifteen seconds;
(15) in a standing position, stooping until the thighs are parallel with the floor, keeping the upper body substantially vertical; and performing fifteen repetitions.
(16) in a standing position, opening the legs to about shoulder width, keeping the legs substantially straight; and touching the left foot with the right hand, and then touching the right foot with the left hand; and performing fifteen repetitions to each side;
(17) in a standing position, with the legs about shoulder width, reaching with both hands to the rear of the legs and attempting to touch the floor; and performing about fifteen repetitions;
(18) in a standing position, reaching over the head with the right hand, touching the left shoulder; returning the right hand to the side; reaching over the head with the left hand, touching the right shoulder, and returning the left hand to the side; and performing fifteen repetitions with each hand;
(19) in a standing position, reaching behind and grasping the right ankle with the right hand while raising the right foot to the buttocks; and holding this position for about fifteen seconds; and performing the same movement with the left hand and left ankle;
(20) in a standing position, with feet about five inches apart, extending both arms outward, and rotating both arms in a circular motion, starting with small circles and increasing the size of the circle; and performing fifteen repetitions in the forward direction, and then performing fifteen repetitions in the backward direction; and
(21) in a standing position, extending both arms outward, and bending at the elbows to touch the hands to the shoulders; and rotating the upper body from side to side; performing fifteen repetitions.
6 . A kit according to claim 3 wherein the exercise manual further comprises instructions for riding a bicycle for at least twenty minutes, the riding being performed four times per week.
7 . A kit according to claim 6 wherein the exercise manual further comprises instructions for brisk walking for at least twenty minutes' the brisk walking being performed three times per week.
8 . A kit according to claim 3 wherein the dietary manual comprises a set of instructions comprising:
(1) in the morning, consuming one glass (about 8-10 ounces) of water, the water including a few drops of lime juice; then consuming a breakfast selected from the group consisting of pancakes, eggs and sauteed vegetables; and then consuming ten ounces of the nutritional beverage formulation;
(2) in the noontime, consuming one glass of unstrained, freshly blended pulp of orange, pineapple, mango and papaya; consuming a sandwich, the sandwich selected from the group consisting of fish, chicken and turkey; consuming a bowl of soup selected from the group consisting of conch chowder and clam chowder; and then consuming ten ounces of the nutritional beverage formulation; and
(3) in the evening, consuming a dinner selected from the group consisting of roast chicken, fish and lamb; vegetables selected from the group consisting of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and a squash-type vegetable (squash, zucchini or the like); a baked potato with sour cream; a whole wheat bread roll with a small amount of butter; and a glass of wine.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
