Shopping Bag System

Abstract

A system of reusable carriers provides an assortment of reusable and selectively collapsible component carriers suitable for the various types of goods a shopper encounters at, for example, a grocery store. The component carriers all have either attached clip loops or clips and are connectable to each other via the clips and clip loops. Information about the system of carriers may be accessed via at least one QR code associated with the system.

1 . In a system of modular component reusable soft-bodied carriers, the system comprising:
 one or more Zip-type carrier comprising an integrated clip loop;   one or more Box-type carrier comprising an integrated clip loop;   one or more Pod-type carrier comprising an integrated clip loop;   one or more Tote-type carrier comprising an integrated clip loop;   one or more Pak-type carrier comprising an integrated clip loop, and   one or more clips,   all of the component carriers of the system are selectively attached, one to another, with one or more of the clips attached to the clip loop of each carrier, respectively.   
     
     
         2 . The modular reusable carrier system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more clips comprise one or more carabiner. 
     
     
         3 . The modular reusable carrier system of  claim 1 , wherein the integrated clip loop of at least one of the component carriers comprises at least one D-ring attached to the component carrier. 
     
     
         4 . The modular reusable carrier system of  claim 1 , wherein one or more the component carriers comprises insulation. 
     
     
         5 . The modular reusable carrier system of  claim 1 , further comprising information about the purpose of each type of component carrier. 
     
     
         6 . The modular reusable carrier system of  claim 5 , further comprising a hang tag attached to one or more component carrier of the system, wherein the information is contained on the hang tag. 
     
     
         7 . The modular reusable carrier system of  claim 6 , wherein the hang tag comprises a QR code that causes a web browser to open on a mobile device connected to the Internet, whereby the web browser opens to a web page having information pertaining to the carrier system. 
     
     
         8 . A modular reusable carrier system comprising:
 one or more connectable component carriers;   information pertaining to the system of carriers; and   a QR code associated with the system to access at least some of the information pertaining to the system.
