. The training apparatus of claim 21 , wherein the at least one cord comprises at least one cuff capable of readily securing the at least one top end to at least one wrist.

. The training apparatus of claim 21 , wherein the at least one cord comprises at least one cuff capable of readily securing the at least one top end to both wrists.

. The training apparatus of claim 21 , wherein the at least one cord comprises at least one fastener capable of readily securing the at least one bottom end to at least one ankle.

. A volleyball training apparatus, comprising at least one elastic cord having at least one hook-and-loop fastener cuff, for a wrist portion of at least one hand member, on one end and at least one further hook-and-loop fastener, for a portion of an ankle, on the opposing end.

. A method of using the training apparatus of claim 21 , comprising:
 (a) securing the at least one top end about at least one hand member; and (b) securing the at least one bottom member about the at least one portion of the body below the waist.

. The method of claim 31 , wherein the at least one hand member comprises a wrist.

. The method of claim 31 , wherein the at least one bottom end is secured to at least one ankle.

. The method of claim 31 , wherein the at least one cord comprises an elastic member.

. The method of claim 31 , wherein the at least one cord comprises a surgical tube portion.

. The method of claim 31 , wherein the at least one cord comprises at least one hook-and-loop fastener.

. The method of claim 31 , wherein the at least one cord comprises at least one cuff used to secure the at least one top end to at least one wrist.

. The method of claim 31 , wherein the at least one cord comprises at least one cuff to secure the at least one top end to both wrists.
