Abstract

The disclosure describes a pouch assembly attachable to an animal or a person, The pouch assembly has a containment pouch having an openable and closable opening to allow a material to be placed inside the pouch. The pouch assembly has an adjustable strap attachable to the pouch and to a body part or an accessory of an animal or a person. The pouch assembly has a first fastener on one end of the strap and a second fastener on another end of the strap, the pair of fasteners releasably coupled to securely attach the pouch assembly to the animal or the person and to keep the material from falling out. The material held in the pouch can be any one of cooling elements, warming elements and elements to repel insects. The pouch is easily opened and closed and unhooks easily.

         4 . A pouch assembly attachable to an animal or a person, comprising:
 a containment pouch having an openable and closable opening to allow a material to be placed inside the pouch;   an adjustable strap attachable to the pouch and to a body part or an accessory of an animal or a person; and   a first fastener on one end of the strap and a second fastener on another end of the strap, the pair of fasteners releasably coupled to securely attach the pouch assembly to the animal or the person and to keep the material from falling out.   
     
     
         5 . The pouch assembly of  claim 4 , wherein the first fastener is a hook fastener and the second fastener is a loop fastener 
     
     
         6 . The pouch assembly of  claim 4 , wherein the material held in the pouch is selected from the group consisting of cooling elements, warming elements, and elements that repel insects. 
     
     
         7 . The pouch assembly of  claim 4 , wherein the pouch can be attached to the collar, the neck, the legs, the abdomen, or the stomach of the animal, or the head, neck, or the body of the person. 
     
     
         8 . The pouch assembly of  claim 4 , wherein the strap can be connected or attached to the animal or the person with a snap, Velcro, button, zipper, mesh, webbing, shoe laces, string, elastic, or rope. 
     
     
         9 . The pouch assembly of  claim 4 , wherein the pouch is made up of any material selected from the group consisting of mesh, webbing, flannel, vinyl, elastic, rope, plastic, reflective material, and insulation. 
     
     
         10 . The pouch assembly of  claim 4 , wherein the edges of the pouch are made up of any material selected from the group consisting of mesh, webbing, flannel, vinyl, elastic, plastic, reflective material, and insulation.
