Screw Feed Belt

Abstract

A screw feed belt includes a plurality of substrates; at least one mating member disposed at one end of the substrates; at least one corresponding mating member disposed at other end of the substrates; and a plurality of supports disposed between the at least one mating member and the at least one corresponding mating member, wherein the support includes an annular opening in the substrate, an annularly flanged mouth distal the opening, and a plurality of equally spaced slits each formed between the mouth and the opening; and wherein a plurality of screws are adapted to retain in the supports.

1 . A screw feed belt comprising:
 a plurality of substrates;   at least one mating member disposed at one end of the substrates;   at least one corresponding mating member disposed at other end of the substrates; and   a plurality of supports disposed between the at least one mating member and the at least one corresponding mating member,   wherein the support comprises an annular opening in the substrate, an annularly flanged mouth distal the opening, and a plurality of equally spaced slits each formed between the mouth and the opening; and   wherein a plurality of screws are adapted to retain in the supports.   
     
     
         2 . The screw feed belt of  claim 1 , wherein each of the at least one mating member comprises a lock member, and wherein each of the at least one corresponding mating member comprises a latching element adapted to lockingly engage with the lock member. 
     
     
         3 . The screw feed belt of  claim 1 , wherein the substrates, the at least one mating member, the at least one corresponding mating member, and the supports are formed of PE (polyethylene). 
     
     
         4 . The screw feed belt of  claim 1 , wherein the support is shaped as a funnel.
