Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

. A work gear apparatus comprising:
a main body portion; a plurality of high-visibility elements coupled to the body portion, the plurality of high-visibility portions including a night-time light reflecting material and day-time high-visibility surrounding offset material.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the main body portion is a kneepad.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the main body portion is a first bag, and the first bag is configured for coupling to a belt.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the main body portion is a utility bag.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of high-visibility elements are coupled to an upper portion and a lower portion of a front portion of the kneepad.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 5 , further comprising high-visibility elements coupled to one or more fastening straps, wherein the plurality of high-visibility portions provide 360° of light reflecting material.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the high-visibility elements coupled to the one or more fastening straps, provide light reflecting material on both sides of the fastening straps.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the kneepad further includes a day-time high-visibility kneepad cap coupled to the front portion.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 3 , further comprising a second bag.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the plurality of high-visibility elements are coupled to a plurality of pouch openings on the first bag and the second bag.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of high-visibility elements are coupled to a left side portion and a right side portion, under a middle pouch opening.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the first bag and the second bag have a dark color to contrast with the plurality of high-visibility elements.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 4 , further comprising high-visibility elements coupled to straps on a first side and a second side of the utility bag, wherein the straps form a handle on the first side and the second side of the utility bag.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising high-visibility elements coupled a zipper handle and one or more attachment rings.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 14 , further comprising light reflective material coupled to fabric reinforcement elements.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 15 , further comprising light reflecting material coupled to a pouch opening tab.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 16 , further comprising a high-visibility inner bottom portion of the utility bag.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 16 , further comprising high-visibility stitch piping.

. The work gear apparatus of claim 18 , wherein the utility bag has a dark color to contrast with the plurality of high-visibility elements.

. A method comprising:
providing a work gear main body portion; determining relevant portions of the work gear main body portion for attaching high-visibility elements for increasing visibility of the work gear main body portion during light conditions and during dark conditions; and attaching the high-visibility elements to the determined relevant portions of the work gear main body portion.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the main body portion is a kneepad.

. The method of claim 21 , further comprising attaching high-visibility elements to one or more fastening straps of the kneepad.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the main body portion is a first bag, and the first bag is configured for coupling to a belt.

. The method of claim 23 , further comprising attaching high-visibility elements to a plurality of pouch openings of the first bag.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the main body portion is a utility bag.

. The method of claim 25 , further comprising attaching a high-visibility element to a zipper handle of the utility bag.

. The method of claim 26 , further comprising attaching a high-visibility element to at least one coupling ring and a tab for a pouch latching element.

. The method of claim 27 , further comprising attaching high-visibility stitch piping to portions of the utility bag.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the high-visibility elements comprise light reflecting material and high-visibility colored material.
