Abstract

Improved devices for removing tissue, for example nasal hair using natural wax. One embodiment uses telescoping tubes and there is wax or glue located in the inner tubes or between the tubes, whereby the tubes are located so that the inner one can extend or retract relative to the outer tube. Following heating the wax or glue for softening purposes, the same is applied to the inner part of the nasal cavity by emplacing the same in a desired naris and through application of force and wax extrusion through a cloth boot or otherwise, in combination with mild external pressure, removal is accomplished.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A novel enhanced device for removing undesired hair from a body cavity of a mammal, which comprises, in combination:
a one-hand actuable device having an upper piece for engaging a desired body cavity, and a detachable lower portion for housing a solid bolus of removing substance inside of it allowing for digital manipulation to make the removing substance operable to move from a first to a second position; and, a guide mechanism to distribute the exudate to a desired location, and a cloth boot to facilitate capture of removable dermis prior to removal.

2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the device is disposable.

3 . The device of claim 2 , designed to matingly engage at least one body cavity to be rendered hair-free.

4 . The device of claim 3 , wherein the removing substance is at least one of a bolus of wax and a plug of glue and combinations thereof.

5 . The device of claim 4 , wherein the removing substance is a natural wax.

6 . The device of claim 5 , wherein the naturally occurring wax is at least one member of the group consisting of the yellow to grayish brown wax secreted by the honeybee for constructing honeycombs, commercial wax obtained by processing and purifying, and combinations thereof and is provided in a kit with the device.

7 . A novel enhanced device for removing undesired hair from a body cavity of a mammal, which comprises, in combination:
a one-hand actuable device having an upper piece for engaging a desired body cavity, and a detachable lower portion for housing a solid bolus of removing substance inside of it allowing for digital manipulation to make the removing substance operable to move from a first to a second position.

8 . The method of claim 7 further comprising a plug of glue.

9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising a cloth fitting over the at least a bolus of wax.
