Assembly Structure for a Fan Case

Abstract

An assembly structure for a fan case comprising a first fan case, a second fan case and a fixing rod, the first fan case comprises a first frame, at least one first cavity surrounded by the first frame and a first axial hole recessed into the first frame, the first cavity comprises a first opening and a second opening corresponded to the first opening. The second fan case comprises a second frame, at least one second cavity surrounded by the second frame and a second axial hole recessed into the second frame, the second cavity comprises a third opening and a fourth opening corresponded to the third opening. The fixing rod is penetrated through the first axial hole of the first fan case and the second axial hole of the second fan case, and the fixing rod has an exposed-end portion which is protruded from the first fan case.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An assembly structure for a fan case comprising:
 a first fan case comprising a first frame, at least one first cavity surrounded by the first frame and a first axial hole recessed into the first frame, the first frame has a first inner surface, a first outer surface corresponded to the first inner surface and at least one first lateral tuyere penetrated through the first inner surface and the first outer surface, the first cavity comprises a first opening and a second opening corresponded to the first opening, and the first lateral tuyere is in communication with the first cavity;   a second fan case comprising a second frame, at least one second cavity surrounded by the second frame and a second axial hole recessed into the second frame, the second frame has a second inner surface, a second outer surface corresponded to the second inner surface and at least one second lateral tuyere penetrated through the second inner surface and the second outer surface, the second cavity comprises a third opening and a fourth opening corresponded to the third opening, and the second lateral tuyere is in communication with the second cavity; and   a fixing rod penetrated through the first axial hole of the first fan case and the second axial hole of the second fan case, and the fixing rod has at least one exposed-end portion which is at least protruded from the first fan case.   
     
     
         2 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the first frame and the second frame can be square-shaped frames, the first frame has a first lateral side, the second frame has a second lateral side, the first axial hole is located at the first lateral side, the second axial hole is located at the second lateral side, and the first axial hole is corresponded to the second axial hole. 
     
     
         3 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 2 , wherein the first lateral side comprises a first curved surface, and the second lateral side comprises a second curved surface. 
     
     
         4 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein at least one engaging slot is recessed into the first outer surface, at least one engaging member is protruded from the second outer surface, and the engaging member is inserted into the engaging slot. 
     
     
         5 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 4 , wherein the first frame comprises a top surface in communication with the first inner surface and the first outer surface, at least one first engaging hole is formed on the top surface and the first engaging hole is in communication with the engaging slot. 
     
     
         6 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 5 , wherein at least one second engaging hole is formed on the engaging member and the second engaging hole is corresponded and in communication with the first engaging hole. 
     
     
         7 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 6  further comprises at least one fixing member which is inserted into the first engaging hole and the second engaging hole. 
     
     
         8 . Assembly structure for a fan case comprising:
 a fan case comprising a frame, at least one cavity surrounded by the frame and an axial hole recessed into the frame, the frame has an inner surface, an outer surface corresponded to the inner surface and at least one lateral tuyere penetrated through the inner surface and the outer surface, the cavity comprises a first opening and a second opening corresponded to the first opening, and the lateral tuyere is in communication with the cavity; and   a fixing rod disposed into the axial hole of the fan case, and the fixing rod has at least one exposed-end portion which is protruded from the fan case.   
     
     
         9 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 8 , wherein the frame can be a square-shaped frame, the frame has a lateral side, and the axial hole is located at the lateral side. 
     
     
         10 . The assembly structure for a fan case in accordance with  claim 9 , wherein the lateral side comprises a curved surface.
