Abstract

An apparatus for dispensing a plurality of barbed wire strands simultaneously for the construction of a barbed wire fence. The present invention additionally provides users with a feature for tightening the barbed wire strands. The present invention further comprises a crane device that allows users to indirectly handle and maneuver a roll of barbed wire. The present invention reduces the amount of time required for building a fence. Without the need to directly handle rolls of barbed wire, the present invention also provides the user with a safer fence building process.
