Abstract

An apparatus ( 1 ) for transferring a wall ( 2 ) of a transport container ( 3 ), particularly of an automotive body or a container, between a closed position and an open position, comprising at least one link ( 4 ) which is pivotably mounted about a rotational axis ( 4′, 4 ″) on the transport container ( 3 ) and on the wall ( 2 ) of the transport container ( 3 ), and a first drive ( 5 ) connected to the link ( 4 ) for pivoting the wall ( 2 ) from the closed position into the open position and vice versa, wherein a further drive ( 6 ) is provided, which is designed to displace the wall ( 2 ), at least in a region adjoining a corner region ( 3 ′) of the transport container, from the closed position substantially perpendicularly to the extension plane of the wall ( 2 ) away from the transport container ( 3 ), and vice versa.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. An apparatus ( 1 ) for transferring a wall ( 2 ) of a transport container ( 3 ), particularly of an automotive body or a container, between a closed position and an open position, comprising at least one link ( 4 ) which is mounted pivotably about a rotational axis ( 4 ′, 4 ″) on the transport container ( 3 ) and on the wall ( 2 ) of the transport container ( 3 ), and a first drive ( 5 ), which is connected to the link ( 4 ), for pivoting the wall ( 2 ) from the closed position into the open position and vice versa, characterised in that a further drive ( 6 ) is provided which is designed to displace the wall ( 2 ), at least in a region adjoining the corner region ( 3 ′) of the transport container, from the closed position substantially perpendicularly to the extension plane of the wall ( 2 ) away from the transport container ( 3 ), and vice versa.

. The apparatus according to claim 1 , characterised in that at least one of the drive ( 5 , 6 ) is designed as a hydraulic, pneumatic or electric drive.

. The apparatus according to either claim 1 or claim 2 , characterised in that at least one of the drives ( 5 , 6 ) is designed as a linear drive comprising a cylinder ( 5 b ; 6 b ) and a piston ( 5 a ; 6 a ) mounted displaceably in relation to the cylinder ( 5 b ; 6 b ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , characterised in that the link ( 4 ) is length-adjustable.

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterised in that the length-adjustable link ( 4 ) is extensible in a telescope-like manner.

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5 , characterised in that the further drive ( 6 ) are connected to the link ( 4 ) via a common shaft ( 11 ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6 , characterised in that at least one deflection element ( 12 ) for converting a linear stroke of the drive ( 6 ) into a torque on the shaft ( 11 ) is provided between the further drive ( 6 ) and the shaft ( 11 ), the deflection element ( 12 ) being rigidly connected to the shaft ( 11 ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7 , characterised in that the further drive ( 6 ) is designed to move the rotational axis ( 4 ′) outwardly between the transport container ( 1 ) and the link ( 4 ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8 , characterised in that the rotational axis ( 4 ′) between the transport container ( 1 ) and the link ( 4 ) is arranged basically at the height of an upper top face ( 7 ) of the transport container ( 3 ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9 , characterised in that the link ( 4 ), which is articulated to the wall ( 2 ) in the upper end region thereof, is arranged substantially horizontally in the closed position of the wall ( 2 ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10 , characterised in that the link ( 4 ) is pivoted through approximately 180° between the closed position and the open position.

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 11 , characterised in that the wall ( 2 ) is arranged substantially horizontally above the upper top face ( 7 ) of the transport container ( 3 ) in an open position.

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9 to 12 , characterised in that the link ( 4 ) is substantially L-shaped, the long arm of the link ( 4 ) comprising the rotational axis ( 4 ′ 1 ) between the wall ( 2 ) and the link ( 4 ) being arranged substantially horizontally in the closed position.

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 13 , characterised in that guide rollers ( 8 ) for displaceably mounting the wall ( 2 ) during the transfer from the closed position into the open position are provided on an upper side edge of the transport container ( 3 ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 14 , characterised in that a second link is provided in the lower region of the wall ( 2 ).

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 15 , characterised in that the wall ( 2 ) is designed in one piece.

. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 15 , characterised in that the wall ( 2 ) comprises an upper and a lower wall part which are interconnected in an articulated manner.

. A transport container ( 3 ), particularly an automotive body or container, characterised in that at least one apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 17 for transferring a wall ( 2 ) between a closed position and an open position is provided.
