System and method for communication, publishing, searching and sharing

Abstract

A system for transmission, reception and accumulation of the knowledge packets to plurality of channel nodes in the network operating distributedly in a peer to peer environment via installable one or more role active Human Operating System (HOS) applications in a digital devise of each of channel node, a network controller registering and providing desired HOS applications and multiple developers developing advance communication and knowledge management applications and each of subscribers exploiting the said network resources by leveraging and augmenting taxonomically and ontologically classified knowledge classes expressed via plurality search macros and UKID structures facilitating said expert human agents for knowledge invocation and support services and service providers providing information services in the preidentified taxonomical classes, wherein each of channel nodes communicating with the unknown via domain specific supernodes each facilitating social networking and relationships development leading to human grid which is searchable via Universal Desktop Search by black box search module.

1 . A method for communication and searching in a network(s) environment, comprising of a plurality of users, the method comprising:
 enabling each user to act as publisher for publishing one or more categories specific message stream to one or more subscribers or target recipients of one or more categories specific message stream and enabling each user to act as subscriber of one or more categories message stream of one or more publishers for receiving one or more categories specific message stream from one or more publishers or senders;   receiving and storing one or more user profiles and preferences, categories message streams, each categories message stream specific subscribers, subscriptions of categories messages streams, dynamic relationships or connections, selections and privacy settings for sending and receiving categories message stream specific messages at a central unit;   allowing the one or more categories message stream publishers or senders to send or publish one or more messages to the one or more target recipients and/or subscribers of one or more categories message stream via a central unit;   receiving one or more categories message stream specific messages and dynamically associated one or more accessible metadata or fields or parameters or links from one or more publishers or senders at the central unit;   storing, indexing and processing said message(s) with metadata from one or more publishers of one or more categories message streams at the central unit;   determining one or more target recipients or message stream specific subscribers by the central unit based on one or more preferences and message stream associate subscribers;   sending a representation of one or more message stream specific message(s) to one or more target recipients or message stream specific subscribers by the central unit;   presenting one or more categories message stream specific messages from one or more message stream publishers in chronological order based on the preferences and privacy settings by the central unit; and   providing search by the central unit to users for searching stored and indexed public message content and/or searching public categories message stream sources of messages based on at least part of message content, message associate message stream publication source and one or more predetermined criteria for subscribing to one or more sources of public message stream publications.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein said message stream source and destination comprising, one or more networks including social network, non-social network, mobile and wireless network, peer to peer network, internet or intranet and applications, services, devices including mobile. 
     
     
         3 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein message comprising one or more multimedia content types including text, URL, video, audio, image, application, and file.

The method according to  claim 1 , comprising the step of allowing each user to subscribe to each other user, allowing one or more users to subscribe to message stream publication of one or more users based on public profiles, public subscribers and subscriptions of each user, public message associated source of each user, invited connected users, public directories of sources of categories message stream publications, searched message stream publishers, based on at least part of searched message content. 
     
     
         5 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein said message stream subscribers and subscriptions based on contacts, connections, match making, invitation and searching. 
     
     
         6 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein allow user to subscribe one or more keywords, locations, languages, categories and rules or conditions specific message stream publications from one or more public message stream publishers. 
     
     
         7 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein allow user to subscribe one or more message stream subscribers of user. 
     
     
         8 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein allow user to not subscribe to one or more message stream subscribers. 
     
     
         9 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein send each message stream specific each message of each message stream publisher to each message stream specific subscriber. 
     
     
         10 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein each receiving user or categories message stream subscriber can receive each subscribed message stream specific each message from one or more message stream publishers in chronological or date and time order.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein storing, indexing each message of each categories message stream publisher(s) or user(s) at the central unit and making each message and associate message stream source searchable to other users or searchers for searching message content and/or sources of message stream publisher(s) based on at least part of message content, message associate message stream publisher source and one or more predetermined criteria for subscribing to one or more sources of message stream publications. 
     
     
         12 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein user can rank, provide comments, reply, reply to all, forward, share, filter, find and bookmark one or more messages.

         15 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein presenting list of message stream subscribers and subscriptions of each user to other users for subscribing one or more or all categories message stream publishers.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein presenting list of message stream subscribers and subscriptions to user for managing subscribers and subscriptions including remove subscribers, unsubscribe subscriptions, assign rank, sort or order, search, apply privacy settings, create one or more public or private groups or categories lists of one or more subscribers or subscriptions.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein subscription based on selections, send request or invite others, connections, contacts, privacy settings, search people, find friends from contacts, search message stream publishers, search message stream publication sources from message(s) associate source(s), search subscribers and subscriptions of each publicly accessible user, one or two way match making preferences, rules, conditions, categories, taxonomy wise directories and lists, auto match making based on preferences, profile, user data and user activities, actions, events and transactions and any combination thereof. 
     
     
         18 . A system for communication and searching in a network(s) environment, comprising of a plurality of users, the system comprising:
 each user is adapted to act as publisher for publishing one or more categories specific message stream to one or more subscribers or target recipients of one or more categories specific message stream of network and enabling each user to act as subscriber of one or more categories message stream of one or more publishers for receiving one or more categories specific message stream from one or more publishers or senders of network;   one or more categories message stream publishers or one or more senders adapted to send or publish one or more messages to one or more determined target recipients and/or subscribers of one or more categories message stream via a central unit;   the central unit configured to receive and store one or more user profiles, preferences, categories message streams, each categories message stream specific subscribers, subscriptions of categories message streams, dynamic relationships or connections, selections and privacy settings for sending and receiving categories message stream specific messages, to receive one or more categories message stream specific messages with associate metadata or fields or parameters or links from one or more publishers or senders, to dynamically associate or attach one or more accessible metadata or fields or parameters or links with said message(s), to store, index and process said messages with metadata or fields or parameters or links from one or more publishers of one or more categories message streams, to determine one or more target recipients message stream specific subscribers based on one or more preferences and message stream associate subscribers, to send a representation of said one or more categories message stream specific messages to determined one or more target recipients or message stream specific subscribers, to present said one or more categories message stream specific messages from one or more message stream publishers in chronological order based on the preferences and privacy settings, and to provide real time search to users for searching said stored and indexed message content and/or searching public categories message stream sources of messages based on at least part of message content, message associate message stream publication source and one or more predetermined criteria for subscribing to one or more sources of public message stream publication; and   one or more target recipients or subscribers adapted to receive said one or more categories message stream specific messages in chronological order based on the preferences and privacy settings, subscriptions.

 register or identify each user of network;   maintain and storing each user's profile, categories message streams, lists, groups, subscribers and subscriptions information, user connections, privacy settings and user data;   enable each user of network to subscribe one or more categories message stream of one or more publishers of network; and   enable subscriber to receive each message from each publishers of each message stream in user preferred or chronological order.
