Abstract
The present invention relates to use of an anti-staling GH-61 polypeptide for preparing an edible product.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 39 . (canceled)
40 . A detergent composition comprising a glycoside hydrolase 61 (GH-61) polypeptide and a surfactant.
41 . The composition of claim 40 , further comprising one or more of a protease, a lipase, a cutinase, an amylase, a carbohydrase, a cellulase, a pectinase, a mannanase, an arabinase, a galactanase, a xylanase, an oxidase and a peroxidase.
42 . The composition of claim 40 , which is formulated as a bar, a tablet, a powder, a granule, a paste or a liquid.
43 . The composition of claim 40 , wherein the GH-61 polypeptide is selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a polypeptide that has an amino acid sequence which has at least 80% identity to amino acids 1-216 of SEQ ID NO: 2, amino acids 1-304 of SEQ ID NO: 4 or amino acids 1-201 of SEQ ID NO: 6; (b) a polypeptide which is encoded by a nucleotide sequence which hybridizes under high stringency conditions with any of the following polynucleotide probes:
(i) the complementary strand of nucleotides 52-699 of SEQ ID NO: 1, 46-957 of SEQ ID NO: 3, or 58-660 of SEQ ID NO: 5,
(ii) the complementary strand of nucleotides 46 to 857 of SEQ ID NO: 3,
(iii) the complementary strand of nucleotides 52-300 of SEQ ID NO: 1, 46-501 of SEQ ID NO: 3, or 58-300 of SEQ ID NO: 5, and
(iv) the complementary strand of nucleotides 301-699 of SEQ ID NO: 1, 502-957 of SEQ ID NO: 3, or 301-660 of SEQ ID NO: 5.
44 . The composition of claim 40 , wherein the GH-61 polypeptide has an amino acid sequence which has at least 90% identity to amino acids 1-216 of SEQ ID NO: 2, amino acids 1-304 of SEQ ID NO: 4 or amino acids 1-201 of SEQ ID NO: 6.
45 . A method for cleaning or washing a hard surface or laundry, the method comprising contacting the hard surface or the laundry with the composition of claim 40 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
