Abstract

A condensed water utilization structure is provided for an air conditioning device and includes a driving electric machine, a transmission mechanism coupled to the driving electric machine, a water pumping device, a water spraying tray, and a water collection tray positioned below the water spraying tray. The water pumping device includes a cylinder forming therein a water inlet chamber, a water outlet chamber, and a piston chamber. The piston chamber receives therein a piston coupled to the transmission mechanism. The water inlet chamber and the piston chamber communicate each other through a water inlet piston, and the water outlet chamber and the piston chamber communicate each other through a water outlet piston. The water inlet chamber has a water inlet port in communication with the water collection tray. The water outlet chamber has a water outlet port in communication with the water spraying tray through a pipe.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A condensed water utilization structure of air conditioning device, characterized by comprising a driving electric machine, a transmission mechanism coupled to the driving electric machine, a water pumping device, a water spraying tray, and a water collection tray positioned below the water spraying tray, wherein the water pumping device comprises a cylinder, which forms therein a water inlet chamber, a water outlet chamber, and a piston chamber, the piston chamber receiving therein a piston, which is coupled to the transmission mechanism, the water inlet chamber and the piston chamber communicating each other through a water inlet piston, the water outlet chamber and the piston chamber communicating each other through a water outlet piston, the water inlet chamber comprising a water inlet port, which communicates the water collection tray through a water inlet pipe, the water outlet chamber comprising a water outlet port, which communicates the water spraying tray through a water outlet pipe.

2 . The condensed water utilization structure of air conditioning device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the driving electric machine functions as an electric machine for the air conditioning device and the transmission mechanism comprises a crank that is mounted to a shaft of the electric machine and a connection rod that is rotatably coupled to the crank, the connection rod having an end coupled to the piston.

3 . The condensed water utilization structure of air conditioning device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the driving electric machine functions as an electric machine for the air conditioning device and the transmission mechanism a first transmission roller that is mounted to a shaft of the electric machine, a second transmission roller that is coupled to the first transmission roller by a transmission belt, a third transmission roller that is coupled to the second transmission roller through a transmission shaft, a fourth transmission roller that is coupled to the third transmission roller by a transmission belt, a crank that is mounted to a shaft of the fourth transmission roller, and a connection rod that is rotatably coupled to the crank, the connection rod having an end coupled to the piston.

4 . The condensed water utilization structure of air conditioning device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the driving electric machine comprises a synchronous electric machine and the transmission mechanism comprises a crank that is coupled to the synchronous electric machine and a connection rod that is rotatably coupled to the crank, the connection rod having an end coupled to the piston.
