Abstract
A voltage initialization circuit for recording a preferred voltage includes a first terminal, a second input terminal, a first buffer circuit connected to a first node, a second buffer circuit connected to a second node, a ground connected to the first buffer circuit via the first node and connected to the second buffer circuit via the second node, a first resistor, and a second resistor. The first resistor is connected between the first input terminal and ground. The second resistor is connected between the second input terminal and ground.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A voltage initialization circuit configured to record a preferred voltage, the voltage initialization circuit comprising:
a first input terminal; a second input terminal; a first buffer circuit connected to a first node; a second buffer circuit connected to a second node; a ground connected to the first buffer circuit via the first node and connected to the second buffer circuit via the second node; a first resistor; and a second resistor;
wherein the first resistor is connected between the first input terminal and ground, and the second resistor is connected between the second input terminal and ground.
2 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 1 , wherein the first buffer circuit is configured to record a first parameter inputted from the first input terminal, the second buffer circuit is configured to record a second parameter inputted from the second input terminal.
3 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 2 , wherein the first parameter represents a first voltage, the second parameter represents a second voltage, the voltage initialization circuit defines the preferred voltage by an alternating arrangement of the first and second voltages.
4 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 3 , wherein the first voltage is a high voltage, and the second voltage is a low voltage.
5 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 3 , wherein the first voltage represents a binary data 1, and the second voltage represents a binary 0.
6 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 4 , wherein the preferred voltage is obtained by a method comprising:
providing a display device comprising a display panel on which the voltage initialization circuit is disposed; and testing and inspecting the display panel for defects of the display panel, and thereby obtaining the preferred voltage for the display panel; wherein the process of testing the display panel is performed by a testing device comprising an image generator, a sensor, and a testing machine, and the testing and inspecting of the display panel comprises: generating flicker test image signals by the image generator; providing the flicker test image signals to the display panel via the testing machine; looking for defects of the display panel when images with different gray-scales are displayed on the display panel; inspecting images displayed on the display panel and generating a flicker signal according to a degree of flicker of the display panel, by the sensor; providing the flicker signal to the image generator; adjusting a voltage provided to the display panel by the image generator according to the flicker signal in order to achieve the preferred voltage; providing the first and second parameters representing the preferred voltage to the testing machine; and writing the first parameter to the first buffer circuit via the first input terminal and writing the second parameter to the second buffer circuit via the second input terminal by the testing machine.
7 . A voltage initialization circuit configured to record a preferred voltage, the voltage initialization circuit comprising:
a first parameter recording branch circuit configured to record a first parameter which represents a first voltage; and a second parameter recording branch circuit configured to record a second parameter which represents a second voltage; wherein the voltage initialization circuit defines the preferred voltage by an alternating arrangement of the first and second voltages.
8 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 7 , wherein the first voltage is a high voltage, and the second voltage is a low voltage.

The voltage initialization circuit of claim 7 , wherein the first parameter recording branch circuit comprises a first input terminal, a first buffer circuit connected to a first node, a ground connected to the first buffer circuit via the first node, a first resistor, wherein the first resistor is connected between the first node and ground.

The voltage initialization circuit of claim 9 , wherein the second parameter recording branch circuit comprises a second input terminal, a second buffer circuit connected to a second node, a ground connected to the second buffer circuit via the second node, a second resistor, wherein the second resistor is connected between the second node and ground.
11 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 10 , wherein the first buffer circuit is configured to record the first voltage inputted from the first input terminal, the second buffer circuit is configured to record the second voltage inputted from the second input terminal.
12 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 7 , wherein the first and second parameters are binary data.
13 . The voltage initialization circuit of claim 11 , wherein the preferred voltage is obtained by a method comprising:
providing a display panel on which the voltage initialization circuit is disposed, and a testing device comprising an image generator, a sensor, and a testing machine; generating flicker test image signals by the image generator and providing the flicker test image signals to the display panel via the testing machine; looking for defects of the display panel when images with different gray-scales are displayed on the display panel; inspecting images displayed on the display panel and generating a flicker signal according to a degree of flicker of the display panel by the sensor; providing the flicker signal to the image generator and adjusting a voltage provided to the display panel by the image generator according to the flicker signal in order to achieve the preferred voltage; and writing the first and second parameters representing the preferred voltage to the voltage initialization circuit by the testing machine; wherein the process of writing the parameters of the preferred voltage to the voltage initialization circuit by the testing machine comprises: providing the first voltage representing a binary data 1 to the first buffer circuit via the first input terminal of the voltage initialization circuit by the testing machine; and providing the second voltage representing a binary data 0 to the second buffer circuit via the second input terminal of the voltage initialization circuit by the testing machine.
14 . A display device, comprising:
a voltage initialization circuit configured to record a preferred voltage for driving the display device, the voltage initialization circuit comprising: a first input terminal; a second input terminal; a first buffer circuit connected to a first node; a second buffer circuit connected to a second node; a ground connected to the first buffer circuit via the first node and connected to the second buffer circuit via the second node; a first resistor; and a second resistor; wherein the first resistor is connected between the first input terminal and ground, and the second resistor is connected between the second input terminal and ground.
15 . The display device of claim 14 , wherein the first buffer circuit is configured to record a first parameter inputted from the first input terminal, the second buffer circuit is configured to record a second parameter inputted from the second input terminal.
16 . The display device of claim 15 , wherein the first and second parameters are binary data.
17 . The display device of claim 16 , wherein the first parameter represents a first voltage, the second parameter represents a second voltage, the voltage initialization circuit defines the preferred voltage by an alternating arrangement of the first and second voltages.
18 . The display device of claim 17 , wherein the first voltage is a high voltage, and the second voltage is low voltage.
19 . The display device of claim 18 , wherein the preferred voltage is a preferred common voltage.
20 . The display device of claim 17 , wherein the preferred voltage is obtained by a method comprising:
providing a display device comprising a display panel on which the voltage initialization circuit is disposed; and testing and inspecting the display panel for defects of the display panel, and thereby obtaining the preferred voltage for the display panel; wherein the process of testing the display panel is performed by a testing device comprising an image generator, a sensor, and a testing machine, and the testing and inspecting of the display panel comprises: generating flicker test image signals by the image generator; providing the flicker test image signals to the display panel via the testing machine; looking for defects of the display panel when images with different gray-scales are displayed on the display panel; inspecting images displayed on the display panel and generating a flicker signal according to a degree of flicker of the display panel, by the sensor; providing the flicker signal to the image generator; adjusting a voltage provided to the display panel by the image generator according to the flicker signal in order to achieve the preferred voltage; providing the first and second parameters representing the preferred voltage to the testing machine; and writing the first parameter to the first buffer circuit via the first input terminal and writing the second parameter to the second buffer circuit via the second input terminal by the testing machine.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
