14 . The mobile electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one integrated power source is rechargeable.
15 . The mobile electronic device of claim 1 , wherein:
the at least one electronic component is operable to execute at least one software applications; and while the external power source is replaced and the at least one integrated power source supplies power to the at least one electronic component, the at least one electronic component continues to execute the at least one software applications.
16 . The mobile electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the mobile electronic device is a mobile telephone;
the at least one electronic component is operable to enable a user of the mobile telephone to communicate with another user of another electronic device; and while the external power source is replaced and the at least one integrated power source supplies power to the at least one electronic component, the at least one electronic component continues to enable the user to communicate with the other user of the other electronic device.
17 . The mobile electronic device of claim 1 , wherein:
the mobile electronic device is a mobile healthcare device; the at least one electronic component is operable to monitor health status and collect health information of a patient associated with the mobile healthcare device while the mobile healthcare device is in operation; and while the external power source is replaced and the at least one integrated power source supplies power to the at least one electronic component, the at least one electronic component continues to monitor the health status and collect the health information of the patient.
18 . The mobile electronic device of claim 17 , wherein:
the at least one electronic component is further operable to send the collected health information of the patient to another electronic device; and while the external power source is replaced and the at least one integrated power source supplies power to the at least one electronic component, the at least one electronic component continues to send the collected health information of the patient to the other electronic device.
19 . The mobile electronic device of claim 1 , wherein:
the mobile electronic device is a portable testing and diagnostic device; the at least one electronic component is operable to conduct at least one testing and diagnostic procedure; and while the external power source is replaced and the at least one integrated power source supplies power to the at least one electronic component, the at least one electronic component continues to conduct the at least one testing and diagnostic procedure.
