Abstract

A drip dish includes a dish body and a drip plate. The dish body has an upper concave surface. The drip plate has a plurality of drip holes. The dish body is formed with a trough and a stepped annular surface around an upper side wall of the trough. The drip plate is detachably connected to the stepped annular surface of the trough. When food is placed on the concave surface of the dish body and the drip plate, redundant grease and water of the food drip to the trough through the drip holes of the drip plate.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A drip dish, comprising a dish body and a drip plate, the dish body having an upper concave surface, the drip plate having a plurality of drip holes, wherein: the dish body is formed with a trough and a stepped annular surface around an upper side wall of the trough; the stepped annular surface, the concave surface and the trough have height differences for placing the drip plate on the stepped annular surface; the drip plate is detachably connected to the stepped annular surface of the trough; and when food is placed on the concave surface of the dish body and the drip plate, redundant grease and water of the food drip to the trough through the drip holes of the drip plate.

2 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the dish body has an edge in a circular, oval, or polygonal shape.

3 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the trough of the dish body has a circular, oval, or polygonal shape, and the drip plate has a shape identical to the shape of the trough.

4 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the drip holes are in an elongated, circular, oval, or polygonal shape.

5 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the drip plate has the plurality of drip holes of the drip plate are permutated.

6 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the drip holes are in an elongated, circular, oval, or polygonal shape.

7 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the drip holes are in a matrix permutation.

8 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the drip holes are in an elongated, circular, oval, or polygonal shape.

9 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the drip holes are in a radial permutation.

10 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the drip holes are in an elongated, circular, oval, or polygonal shape.

11 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 5 , wherein an upper surface of the drip plate has a plurality of ribs and a recess between every two of the ribs, the recess being formed with the drip holes.

12 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the drip holes are in an elongated, circular, oval, or polygonal shape.

13 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the drip plate has an upper surface which is a flat surface.

14 . The drip dish as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the drip plate has an upper surface which is a convex surface.
