Method for producing resin-based composite
Abstract
Provided is a method for producing, with good workability, a composite having a lightning-resistant layer that exhibits excellent adhesion to a resin-based composite and good fatigue properties. The method for producing a resin-based composite comprises a step of forming a laminate by successively laminating, on a first resin sheet ( 11 ) comprising mainly a fiber-reinforced resin, a conductive layer ( 12 ) formed from a resin containing a metal powder, and a second resin sheet ( 13 ) comprising mainly a fiber-reinforced resin, and a step of forming a resin-based composite ( 10 ) by baking the laminate to bond the first resin sheet ( 11 ), the conductive layer ( 12 ) and the second resin sheet ( 13 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for producing a resin-based composite, the method comprising:
a step of forming a laminate by sequentially laminating, on a first resin sheet comprising mainly a fiber-reinforced resin, a conductive layer formed from a resin containing a metal powder, and a second resin sheet comprising mainly a fiber-reinforced resin, and a step of forming a resin-based composite by baking the laminate to bond the first resin sheet, the conductive layer and the second resin sheet.
2 . A method for producing a resin-based composite, the method comprising:
a step of forming a laminate by laminating a conductive layer formed from a resin containing a metal powder to one surface of a first resin sheet comprising mainly a fiber-reinforced resin, and laminating a second resin sheet comprising mainly a fiber-reinforced resin to a surface on an opposite side to the surface on which the conductive layer is formed, and a step of forming a resin-based composite by baking the laminate to bond the first resin sheet, the conductive layer and the second resin sheet.
3 . A method for producing a resin-based composite according to claim 1 , wherein the metal powder is a copper powder or a silver powder.
4 . A method for producing a resin-based composite according to claim 2 , wherein the metal powder is a copper powder or a silver powder.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
