Waste bag dispenser

Abstract

A waste bag dispenser includes a pouch body and a bag dispenser. The pouch body has a surrounding wall defining a bag cavity therein, an opening for receiving a roll of waste bags. The bag dispenser has a dispensing slit transversely provided at the surrounding wall of the pouch body for dispensing the waste bags out of the bag cavity. The dispensing slit defines an upper edge and a lower edge extending edge-to-edge, wherein the upper and lower edges of the dispensing slit are arranged for holding a pulling portion of the first waste bag therebetween to allow the first waste bag being pulled out of the bag cavity through the dispensing slit. The upper and lower edges are extended close enough for holding a pulling portion of the next waste bag when the first waste bag is pulled out of the pouch body through the dispensing slit.

1 . A waste bag dispenser for a roll of waste bags that each waste bag is folded and has a pulling portion overlapped with a subsequent waste bag, wherein said waste bag dispenser comprises:
 a pouch body comprising a surrounding wall defining a bag cavity therein, an opening provided at said surrounding wall for receiving a roll of said waste bags in said bag cavity through said opening; and   a bag dispenser having a dispensing slit transversely provided at a front side of said surrounding wall of said pouch body for dispensing said waste bags out of said bag cavity, wherein said dispensing slit defines an upper edge and a lower edge extending edge-to-edge in such a manner that said upper and lower edges of said dispensing slit are arranged for holding said pulling portion of a first waste bag therebetween so as to allow said first waste bag being pulled out of said bag cavity through said dispensing slit, wherein said upper and lower edges of said dispensing slit are extended close enough for holding said pulling portion of said subsequent waste bag when said first waste bag is pulled out of said pouch body through said dispensing slit.   
     
     
         2 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein a width of said dispensing slit is smaller than a width of said pouch body.

The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said upper edge of said dispensing slit is overlapped on said lower edge thereof to define an overlapped holding flap not only for holding said pulling portion of said waste bag but also for guiding said waste bag being pulled out of said bag cavity through said dispensing slit.

The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said upper edge of said dispensing slit is overlapped on said lower edge thereof to define an overlapped holding flap not only for holding said pulling portion of said waste bag but also for guiding said waste bag being pulled out of said bag cavity through said dispensing slit. 
     
     
         5 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein two side portions of said upper edge are affixed to two side portions of said lower edge respectively to retain said upper edge of said dispensing slit being overlapped with said lower edge thereof. 
     
     
         6 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein two side portions of said upper edge are affixed to two side portions of said lower edge respectively to retain said upper edge of said dispensing slit being overlapped with said lower edge thereof. 
     
     
         7 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein each of said upper and lower edges of said dispensing slit is stiffer than said surrounding wall not only for holding said pulling portion of said waste bag in position but also for retaining a shape of said pouch body in a transverse direction.

The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein each of said upper and lower edges of said dispensing slit is stiffer than said surrounding wall not only for holding said pulling portion of said waste bag in position but also for retaining a shape of said pouch body in a transverse direction.

The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 6 , wherein each of said upper and lower edges of said dispensing slit is stiffer than said surrounding wall not only for holding said pulling portion of said waste bag in position but also for retaining a shape of said pouch body in a transverse direction. 
     
     
         10 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said pouch body, which forms in a cylindrical shape, further comprises two sidewalls affixed to said surrounding wall to form a cylindrical configuration for receiving said roll of waste bags. 
     
     
         11 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 6 , wherein said pouch body, which forms in a cylindrical shape, further comprises two sidewalls affixed to said surrounding wall to form a cylindrical configuration for receiving said roll of waste bags. 
     
     
         12 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 9 , wherein said pouch body, which forms in a cylindrical shape, further comprises two sidewalls affixed to said surrounding wall to form a cylindrical configuration for receiving said roll of waste bags. 
     
     
         13 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 10 , further comprising a fastener provided at said opening for selectively opening and closing said opening, wherein said opening is formed at one of a top side and a rear side of said surrounding wall, wherein said opening has a width longer than a width of said dispensing slit.

The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 11 , further comprising a fastener provided at said opening for selectively opening and closing said opening, wherein said opening is formed at one of a top side and a rear side of said surrounding wall, wherein said opening has a width longer than a width of said dispensing slit.

The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 12 , further comprising a fastener provided at said opening for selectively opening and closing said opening, wherein said opening is formed at one of a top side and a rear side of said surrounding wall, wherein said opening has a width longer than a width of said dispensing slit. 
     
     
         16 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 10 , further comprising a fastener provided at said opening for selectively opening and closing said opening, wherein said opening is formed at one of said sidewalls. 
     
     
         17 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 11 , further comprising a fastener provided at said opening for selectively opening and closing said opening, wherein said opening is formed at one of said sidewalls. 
     
     
         18 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 12 , further comprising a fastener provided at said opening for selectively opening and closing said opening, wherein said opening is formed at one of said sidewalls. 
     
     
         19 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 15 , further comprising a pouch carrier for said pouch body being carried, wherein said pouch carrier comprises a carrier strap attached to said top side of said pouch cover and a fastener element provided on said carrier strap in such a manner that two free ends of said carrier strap are detachably attached to form a carry loop for said pouch body to be carried. 
     
     
         20 . The waste bag dispenser, as recited in  claim 18 , further comprising a pouch carrier for said pouch body being carried, wherein said pouch carrier comprises a carrier strap attached to said top side of said pouch cover and a fastener element provided on said carrier strap in such a manner that two free ends of said carrier strap are detachably attached to form a carry loop for said pouch body to be carried.
