Cosmetic bottle with at least one inner sub-bottle

Abstract

A cosmetic bottle with least one inner sub-bottle comprises a bottle body being a hollow casing with an upper opening and an lower opening; an inner sub-bottle being a hollow casing with an upper opening; the inner sub-bottle being placed within the bottle body; an inner space being formed between the inner sub-bottle and the bottle body; and the inner sub-bottle serving to receive cosmetic material; an engaging cover having an opening which is aligned to the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle in assembled state; an upper cover having a sealed top surface; the upper cover being engaged to the engaging cover; and a lower base having a bottom surface with a lateral enclosure which is engageable to the bottom of the bottle body.

1 . A cosmetic bottle with at least one inner sub-bottle comprising:
 a bottle body being a hollow casing with an upper opening and an lower opening;   an inner sub-bottle being a hollow casing with an upper opening; the inner sub-bottle being placed within the bottle body; an inner space being formed between the inner sub-bottle and the bottle body; and the inner sub-bottle serving to receive cosmetic material;   an engaging cover having an opening which is aligned to the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle in assembled state;   an upper cover having a sealed top surface; the upper cover being engaged to the engaging cover; and   a lower base having a bottom surface with a lateral enclosure which is engageable to the bottom of the bottle body; and   wherein in assembly, the inner sub-bottle is placed within the bottle body from the lower opening of the bottle body; then the bottle body is placed into the lower base which are combined with supersonic welding; then the engaging cover is engaged to an upper side of the bottle body so that the opening of the engaging cover is engaged to the opening of the bottle body and the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle; then the upper cover covers upon the engaging cover; and all the combination of these elements are made of supersonic welding.   
     
     
         2 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a fluid layer is formed by filling liquid or gas into the inner space. 
     
     
         3 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the fluid is selected from liquid and gas. 
     
     
         4 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the inner sub-bottle being made of transparent or semi-transparent material. 
     
     
         5 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the inner sub-bottle has a sealed bottom. 
     
     
         6 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the inner sub-bottle is opened at a lower end thereof; and a plug is installed at the lower end of the inner sub-bottle. 
     
     
         7 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the plug is made of transparent or semi-transparent material. 
     
     
         8 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the plug is liftable by liquid in the inner sub-bottle. 
     
     
         9 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein a decoration is installed upon an upper side of the plug so as to present a vivid feeling to the bottle body. 
     
     
         10 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein another inner sub-bottle is also installed in the bottle body so that there are two inner sub-bottles within the bottle body; and different inner sub-bottles serves to fill different material. 
     
     
         11 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein each inner sub-bottle is opened at a lower end thereof; and a plug is installed at the lower end of the inner sub-bottle. 
     
     
         12 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein each inner sub-bottle is opened at a lower end thereof; and a plug is installed at the lower end of the inner sub-bottle. 
     
     
         13 . The cosmetic bottle as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the upper cover has also a further inner sub-bottle to be installed therein.
