Abstract

The present invention provides a soccer shoe molded in one piece, of which the sole and/or the upper are manufactured from transparent materials. The soccer shoe is manufactured from environment-friendly materials, such as thermoplastic polyurethane or polyurethane. In the present invention, the upper and the sole may be molded in one piece through one-step injection procedure or multi-step injection procedure, depending on the specific requirement of each part of the soccer shoe on materials and hardness and so on. Lines, figures, or patterns are fitted on the surface of the shoe lining towards the upper, and/or the surface of the insole towards the sole. The soccer shoe provided in the present invention can cut down the production cost and the using of labor force greatly, and decrease the environmental pollution considerably, and a case of glue failure will never occur. Moreover, because the patterns are fitted on the shoe lining and/or insole, the abrasion of patterns will not happen in use, thereby prolonging the useful life of the soccer shoe.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A soccer shoe, wherein an upper ( 1 ) and a sole ( 2 ) of the soccer shoe are molded in one piece.

2 . The soccer shoe according to claim 1 , wherein said soccer shoe further comprises cleats ( 3 ), together with which the upper ( 1 ) and the sole ( 2 ) are molded in one piece.

3 . The soccer shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the upper ( 1 ) and the sole ( 2 ) of the soccer shoe are molded in one piece in such a way that the upper ( 1 ) and the sole ( 2 ) are molded in one piece through one-step injection procedure by injection molding.

4 . The soccer shoe according to claim 2 , wherein the term of “molded in one piece” means that the upper ( 1 ), the sole ( 2 ) and the cleats ( 3 ) are molded in one piece through one-step injection procedure by the art of injection molding.

5 . The soccer shoe according to claim 3 , wherein after the process of “molded in one piece” of the upper ( 1 ) and the sole ( 2 ), a shoe tongue, a shoe lining, an insole, a collar and sponges of corresponding parts of the shoe are fitted respectively in accordance with the technical process, to form the finished soccer shoe.

6 . The soccer shoe according to claim 4 , wherein after the process of “molded in one piece” of the upper ( 1 ), the sole ( 2 ) and the cleats ( 3 ), a shoe tongue, a shoe lining, an insole, a collar and sponges of corresponding parts of the shoe are fitted respectively in accordance with the technical process, to form the finished soccer shoe.

7 . The soccer shoe according to claim 2 , wherein the upper ( 1 ), the sole ( 2 ) and the cleats are manufactured from TPU or PU materials.

8 . The soccer shoe according to any one of claims 1 to 7 , wherein a shoe lining ( 4 ) is set at the inner side of the upper ( 1 ); and the upper ( 1 ) is manufactured from transparent materials.

9 . The soccer shoe according to claim 8 , wherein an insole ( 5 ) is set at the inner side of the sole ( 2 ); and the sole ( 2 ) is manufactured from transparent materials.

10 . The soccer shoe according to claim 9 , wherein lines, figures or patterns are set on the surface of the shoe lining ( 4 ) towards the upper ( 1 ), and/or the surface of the insole ( 5 ) towards the sole ( 2 ).
