Abstract

A bag structure includes a main body which has an opening at the upper end, two opposing surfaces, two folded portions formed on the surfaces close to the opening, and handles below the folded portions to facilitate hand grasping and hanging. When in use, the folded portions are folded and overlapped to form a folded edge; the handles are lifted to wrap the folded edge to increase the thickness above the handles so that support strength increases and grasping comfort improves. The bag thus formed can be fabricated easier at a lower cost in mass production, and can be neatly folded and stored.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A bag structure at least comprising a main body which has a closed lower end and an opening at an upper end, two surfaces at a front end and a rear end opposing each other, folded portions on the surfaces close to the opening corresponding to each other, handles located below the folded portions corresponding to each other and slots formed by lifting lower edges of the handles upwards from the surfaces.

2 . The bag structure of claim 1 , wherein the main body has two sides formed respectively a concaved folded line along the direction of the main body, the handles being located between the two folded lines.

3 . The bag structure of claim 1 , wherein the handles are cut by punching in advance.

4 . The bag structure of claim 1 , wherein the handles are split lines formed by perforating apertures.

5 . The bag structure of claim 1 , wherein the surfaces respectively have an inner side attached by a protective patch at the border of the slot to enhance support strength.

6 . The bag structure of claim 5 , wherein the protective patch is a frame.
