Label sheet for cleaning and conveying member having cleaning function

Abstract

A label sheet for cleaning is formed of a label for cleaning including a cleaning layer having a 180° peeling adhesion to a silicon wafer of 0.20 N/10 mm or less after receiving an active energy and an adhesive layer provided on one of surfaces of said cleaning layer, and a separator on which the label is removably provided through the adhesive layer.

1 . A label sheet for cleaning comprising:
 a label comprising a laminate of a cured cleaning layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the cleaning layer has a 180° peeling adhesion to a mirror surface of a silicon wafer of 0.20 N/10 mm or less and a modulus of tensile elasticity of 10 N/mm 2  or more in accordance with JIS K7127; and   a separator; and,   wherein the label is removably provided on the separator and is connected to the separator by the adhesive layer.   
     
     
         2 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 1 , wherein the label further comprises a base material arranged between the cleaning layer and the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         3 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 1 , wherein a plurality of the labels are provided along a length of the separator at regular intervals. 
     
     
         4 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 1 , further comprising a first reinforcing portion formed along a first side edge of said separator, adjacent to the label, wherein the first reinforcing portion is of a similar thickness to the label. 
     
     
         5 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 4 , wherein the first reinforcing portion and the label are separated by a trench. 
     
     
         6 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 4 , further comprising a second reinforcing portion formed along a second side edge, and opposite to said first side edge of said separator, wherein the second reinforcing portion is of a similar thickness to the label and the first reinforcing portion. 
     
     
         7 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 6 , wherein at least one of the first and second reinforcing portions does not contact the label. 
     
     
         8 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 1 , wherein an outer surface of the cleaning layer is protected by a removable protective film. 
     
     
         9 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 1 , wherein the cleaning layer comprises a curing-type adhesive which has been polymerized and cured by receipt of active energy. 
     
     
         10 . A label sheet for cleaning according to  claim 9 , wherein the active energy is ultraviolet energy.
