Abstract

The present invention relates to rooms or buildings constructed by raising walls using prefabricated blocks made of Portland cement reinforced with steel fiber that are stable without requiring a mortar mixture, or any additional internal or external structural support for the construction of the walls.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A room comprising:
 at least four walls, wherein each wall includes at least one of a block, at least one of a semi-block, at least one of a lintel bean, and at least one of a head beam;   wherein the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam are made of Portland cement reinforced with steel fiber;   wherein the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam includes female and male connections to interconnect with the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam of the adjacent layers;
 wherein walls are formed by connecting successive layers of the blocks, the semi-blocks, the head-blocks, and lintel beams, by their female and male connections, one next to the other or one over the other; and
   wherein the walls of the room do not include any mortar mixture, adhesives, or additional external or internal structural support.

         2 . The room according to  claim 1 , wherein each block comprises: a base having a top end, a bottom end, and two separate hollow volumes symmetrically placed inside the base, wherein the hollow volumes run from the top end to the bottom end of the base forming the female connections; and a hollow protrusion connected to each hollow volume and extending over the top end of the block, wherein the protrusions form the male connections;

         3 . The room according to  claim 1 , wherein each lintel beam is a unitary piece having a length equal to a length of at least one block aligned next to each other, wherein each lintel beam comprises: a base having a top end, a bottom end, a first side, a second side, a plurality of solid protrusions extending over the top end of the lintel beam, and a pair of openings located on the first side and the second side of the bottom end of the base, wherein the solid protrusions form the male connections of the lintel beam, wherein the openings form the female connections of the lintel beam;

         4 . The room according to  claim 1 , wherein each head-block includes a top end, a bottom end, a pair of openings located on the bottom end of the base, wherein the top end is a flat surface, wherein the openings form the female connections of the head-block, wherein the head-block does not include male connections;

         5 . The room according to  claim 1 , wherein each at least one semi-block includes a female connection and a male connection, wherein each semi-block comprises: a base having a top end, a bottom end, and a hollow volume running from the top end to the bottom end of the base forming the female connection; and a hollow protrusion connected to the hollow volume and extending over the top end of the block forming the male connection of the semi-block;

         6 . The room according to claim 1 , wherein the walls further comprise a plurality of inner channels for the installation of light fixtures, water fixtures, electrical wiring or combination thereof.

         7 . A room consisting of:
 at least four walls, wherein each wall includes at least one of a block, at least one of a semi-block, at least one of a lintel bean, and at least one of a head beam;   wherein the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam are made of Portland cement reinforced with steel fiber;   wherein the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam includes female and male connections to interconnect with the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam of the adjacent layers;
 wherein walls are formed by connecting successive layers of the blocks, the semi-blocks, the head-blocks, and lintel beams, by their female and male connections, one next to the other or one over the other; and
   wherein the walls of the room do not include any mortar mixture, adhesives, or additional external or internal structural support.

         8 . A building comprising:
 at least two rooms interconnected by an internal door,   wherein each room includes at least four walls, wherein each wall includes at least one of a block, at least one of a semi-block, at least one of a lintel bean, and at least one of a head beam;   wherein the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam are made of Portland cement reinforced with steel fiber;   wherein the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam includes female and male connections to interconnect with the block, the semi-block, the lintel bean, and the head beam of the adjacent layers;
 wherein walls are formed by connecting successive layers of the blocks, the semi-blocks, the head-blocks, and lintel beams, by their female and male connections, one next to the other or one over the other;
   wherein the rooms of the building do not include any mortar mixture, adhesives, or additional external or internal structural support.
