System and method for service based social network

Abstract

A system for transmission, reception and accumulation of the knowledge packets to plurality of channel nodes in the network operating distributedly in a peer to peer environment via installable one or more role active Human Operating System (HOS) applications in a digital devise of each of channel node, a network controller registering and providing desired HOS applications and multiple developers developing advance communication and knowledge management applications and each of subscribers exploiting the said network resources by leveraging and augmenting taxonomically and ontologically classified knowledge classes expressed via plurality search macros and UKID structures facilitating said expert human agents for knowledge invocation and support services and service providers providing information services in the preidentified taxonomical classes, wherein each of channel nodes communicating with the unknown via domain specific supernodes each facilitating social networking and relationships development leading to human grid which is searchable via Universal Desktop Search by black box search module.

1 . A method for dynamically providing and receiving user services in a network(s) environment comprising:
 registering each user with user profile(s) and enabled user to act as service provider and/or service subscriber;   allowing service provider to register one or more services with service profile(s) or service templates with service profile templates(s);   allowing users of network to search, select and subscribe or receive one or more said registered services of service provider(s);   storing each registered user's subscribers, subscriptions, connections, privacy settings and preferences, subscribed services, registered services with service profile(s), service associate active links and associate objects and data, user contents;   dynamically presenting selected service specific presentation, input system, active links and associate features, objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, privacy settings to service subscriber or service requestor for sending request, receiving and managing subscribed services;   allowing service subscriber or service requestor to receive service specific subscribed contents and/or send one or more service request to one or more subscribed services or determined services of service providers for receiving response(s), making transactions, workflow, search results, shared contents, fulfilling tasks, communication, messaging, collaboration;   dynamically presenting selected service specific presentation, input system, active links and associate features, objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, subscribers of service, privacy settings to service providers for sending responses, providing and managing services;   allowing service provider to dynamically publishing service specific contents and/or dynamically providing services and responses by selecting registered service and/or selected service related selected subscribers and/or selected service specific selected subscribers related selected service request; and   dynamically presenting said service specific published or subscribed contents and/or service request specific responses with service specific active links and associate objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, privacy settings, user actions to target subscribers or service requestors, connected users and service providers.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein said service providers and/or service subscriber comprising users of social network, connected users of user, sponsored, paid and experts service providers, verified users, automated service provider and/or service subscriber, digital sources, applications, devices, networks, services, external domains, groups, individual, organization, companies, brands, enterprise users and web sites.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein said services comprising users and enterprise's services including sharing contents, publishing contents, fulfilling tasks, providing search results, providing expert's mediated search results, booking tickets, workflow, making transactions for e-commerce, providing supports, providing user generated contents, user contribution and works, storing, organizing and managing contents, communications, marketing and advertising, referring.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein allowing 3 rd  parties domains, web sites, applications, services, networks, devices and services to integrate selective or filtered user services and access user profile, service profiles, service associate applications, objects, multimedia data, metadata, settings, service subscriber and subscriptions, shared contents and allow other users to subscribe said one or more integrated services.

The method according to  claim 1 , wherein user can search, select, identify and manually attach or auto attach one or more active links with said service request or response of service request, wherein said one or more attached active links enables service providers to provide one or more responses, communicate, collaborate, answer, share, search, workflow, take one or more actions, transact, e-commerce, create social network and participating activities of service requestor.

         35 . A method for managing unified communications and collaboration for one or more service requests and responses, the method comprising:
 receiving from one or more users of a social network a request to initiate a new communication for one or more service requests and/or responses;   initiating a plurality of new communications responsive to the requests;   for each of a plurality of the communications, receiving requests from one or more users of the social network to join the communications;   attaching users to the communications responsive to the requests to join;   receiving service requests, related responses, active links, user actions and communication data from a plurality of the users in connection with one or more of the service requests related communications; and   for each communication, presenting to each member of said communication the plurality of service requests, related responses, active links, user actions and communications, data received for the communication in a tree style or format based on one or more preferences and privacy settings.
