Sandblasting device

Abstract

A sandblasting device includes a sandblasting apparatus and a sandblasting chamber. The sandblasting apparatus includes a spray head defining a number of outlet holes facing to different directions for spraying the abrasive particles to different directions. The sandblasting chamber is configured for providing an environment for sandblasting. The sandblasting head is set in the sandblasting chamber.

1 . A sandblasting device, comprising:
 a sandblasting chamber; and   a sandblasting apparatus comprising a spray head located in the sandblasting chamber, the spray head defining a plurality of outlet holes facing to different directions for spraying the abrasive particles to different directions.   
     
     
         2 . The sandblasting device of  claim 1 , wherein the sandblasting apparatus further comprises a container configured for containing abrasive particles therein and a tube configured for guiding the abrasive particles into the spray head, one end of the tube is connected to the container, and the other end of the tube is connected to the spray head. 
     
     
         3 . The sandblasting device of  claim 2 , wherein the spray head is substantially a hollow sphere, the spray head defines an inlet hole, the tube is connected to the inlet hole of the spray head. 
     
     
         4 . The sandblasting device of  claim 3 , wherein the outlet holes are uniformly defined in the surface of the spray head. 
     
     
         5 . The sandblasting device of  claim 3 , further comprising a number of tubular nozzles coupled to the outlet holes, the nozzles extending radially from the spray head. 
     
     
         6 . The sandblasting device of  claim 1 , wherein the sandblasting chamber is substantially shaped as an enclosed box, the sandblasting chamber comprises a number of sidewalls for supporting a plurality of workpieces, the container is located outside the sandblasting chamber, and the tube passes through one of the sidewalls. 
     
     
         7 . The sandblasting device of  claim 1 , wherein the sandblasting device comprises a driving apparatus for driving the spray head to move in the sandblasting chamber. 
     
     
         8 . The sandblasting device of  claim 7 , wherein the driving apparatus comprises a movable base and a support bar, one end of the support bar is rotatably connected to the movable base, and the other end of the support bar is connected to the spray head. 
     
     
         9 . The sandblasting device of  claim 8 , wherein the movable base comprises a number of wheels at a bottom thereof. 
     
     
         10 . A sandblasting device, comprising:
 a sandblasting chamber comprising a plurality of sidewalls for supporting a plurality of workpieces; and   a hollow spherical spray head disposed in the sandblasting chamber, the spray head defining a plurality of outlet holes in the surface thereof, the outlet holes opening toward different directions.   
     
     
         11 . The sandblasting device of  claim 10 , further comprising a container configured for containing abrasive particles therein and a tube configured for guiding the abrasive particles into the spray head, one end of the tube being connected to the container, and the other end of the tube being connected to the spray head. 
     
     
         12 . The sandblasting device of  claim 11 , wherein the spray head defines an inlet hole, the tube is connected to the inlet hole of the spray head. 
     
     
         13 . The sandblasting device of  claim 11 , wherein the container is located outside the sandblasting chamber, the tube passes through one of the sidewalls. 
     
     
         14 . The sandblasting device of  claim 10 , wherein the spray head comprises a number of tubular nozzles coupled to the outlet holes, the nozzles extending radially from the spray head. 
     
     
         15 . The sandblasting device of  claim 10 , further comprising a driving apparatus for driving the spray head to move in the sandblasting chamber. 
     
     
         16 . A sandblasting device, comprising:
 an enclosed sandblasting chamber;   a hollow spherical spray head arranged in the sandblasting chamber, the spray head defining a plurality of outlet holes; and   a plurality of tubular nozzles coupled to the outlet holes, the tubular nozzles extending radially from the spray head and facing toward different directions for spraying abrasive particles.   
     
     
         17 . The sandblasting device of  claim 16 , further comprising a driving apparatus for driving the spray head to reciprocate in the sandblasting chamber along a predetermined path.
