Roulette game
Abstract
A game layout modifying the traditional game of Roulette includes an additional betting region defining a winning bet for Red & Even, together with a specified payout ratio, and another winning bet based on a single number result, advantageously “0” or “00”, also with a specified payout ratio. The payout ratios are adjusted prior to play by the game operator, advantageously to either ensure an expected payoff ratio for the player, or a slightly higher House advantage for the new region. Another corresponding region defines a winning bet for Black & Odd. The Red & Even and Black & Odd regions are placed next to existing areas marked “Even” and “Odd”, respectively. The regions are adapted for either Single Zero or Double Zero layouts.
