Abstract
A method of construction of an aircraft seat frame is disclosed. The method includes providing at least one flat graphite composite plate of uniform construction and thickness, two-dimensional cutting of all primary structural components of the frame from the at least one flat graphite composite plate to form a plurality of primary structural components of uniform construction and thickness, assembling the plurality of primary structural components of uniform construction into a seat frame. A seat frame for use in an aircraft having a floor and an armrest for an aircraft seat are further disclosed.
