Retractable Pocket Security Device Facilitating Attachable Utility Pockets

Abstract

Retractable Pocket Security Device for pockets to retain the contents against loss or unauthorized removal. The device consists of a vertical pocket covered by a fabric flap affixed to button/snap/Velcro which covers said pocket when engaged in front position (security position). The device is either affixed in the security position or rotated backward and secured into the rear/storage position by a second button/snap/Velcro. Attached or stored in retracted position, the device will allow regular functioning of said pocket. Placement of front and rear button/snap/Velcro allow attachment of utility pockets/belts ie, water bottle holder, camera/video camera holder, utility belt, etc. over top of said pocket or pockets

1 ) Retractable pocket security device for securing contents of pocket which is stitched into the joining of the front and back sections of the pant extending over the mouth of front pocket. 
     
     
         2 ) Retractable pocket security device composed of fabric or other material to cover partially or fully the mouth of said pocket extending over the mouth of the pocket. 
     
     
         3 ) Retractable pocket security device engaged into the security position or front position affixed to ensure closure. Device affixed to a button/snap/Velcro placed to the left of pocket opening on right pocket and to the right of pocket opening on left side pocket. 
     
     
         4 ) Relative to the length and width of the flap employed in the Retractable pocket security device. one, two or more buttons/snaps/Velcro attachments can be employed to affix said device in the front/security position 
     
     
         5 ) Retractable pocket security device is so called as it can be affixed in the front/security position as described in  claim 3  and  claim 4  or flipped backward, reversed or retracted and affixed in the storage position. In so doing allowing normal use of pocket is achieved. 
     
     
         6 . Retractable pocket security device affixed in reverse or storage position in  claim 4  and  claim 5  requires placement of button/snap/Velcro on back side or back face of garment: to the left of LEFT SIDE/Left Hip joining of front and back garment portions and left back pocket and to the right of RIGHT SIDE/Right Hip seam joining of front and back garment portions and right back pocket. 
     
     
         7 ) As in  claim 3 , contingent on the size of the flap used in the two way pocket security device, one, two or more buttons/snaps/Velcro attachments can be employed to affix said device in the reverse/storage position 
     
     
         8 ) Buttons/snaps/Velcro attachments employed to affix two way pocket security device described in  claims 3 / 4  and  6 / 7  are used to affix the attachable utility pockets/belts 
     
     
         9 ) Utility pockets/belts attached to the buttons/snaps/Velcro in  claim 8  take on various forms contingent on final use of utility pocket or belt. 
     
     
         10 ) Utility pockets are defined as utilizing buttons/snaps/Velcro attachments to affix to one side of the garment, ie either left side using front face and back face attachments around the left hip or right side using front face and back face attachments around the right hip. Attachable to either side of garment depending on wearer's preference via fabric wings or other material with accept or include buttons/snaps/Velcro and are sewn onto fabric or other material shaping the various utility pockets. Forms include but are not limited to water bottle holder consisting of two pieces of fabric or other material sewn together with an open top face which accepts a water bottle; camera holder which is two pieces of fabric or other material sewn together with an upper flap secured to the body of holder to cover camera; video camera holder same as camera holder. 
     
     
         11 ) Utility belts are defined as using both front face and back face, right and left hip attachments Forms include but are not limited to utility belt utilizing fabric or other materials to attach to the garment buttons/snaps/Velcro and offer various sizes of straps and pockets for various objects.
