Guide device

Abstract

A guide apparatus for a baking oven. The guide apparatus includes a baking support including a projecting edge on opposite sides of the baking support. Further included is a side wall of the oven and a plurality of horizontal bars mounted on the side wall. The horizontal bars form at least one baking level and support the projecting edges of the baking support. Also included is at least one holding means provided on the baking support, which holding means engages beneath one of the plurality of horizontal bars and forms a tilt protection mechanism.

1 . A guide apparatus for a baking oven, the guide apparatus comprising:
 a baking support including a projecting edge on opposite sides of the baking support;   a side wall of the oven;   a plurality of horizontal bars mounted on the side wall;   the plurality of horizontal bars form at least one baking level and support the projecting edges of the baking support; and   at least one holding means provided on the baking support, which holding means engages beneath one of the plurality of horizontal bars and forms a tilt protection mechanism.   
     
     
         2 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the horizontal bars is encompassed in a U-shaped manner by the at least one holding means. 
     
     
         3 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the horizontal bars forms a baking level on a side grate of the oven. 
     
     
         4 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the horizontal bars forms a baking level on the side wall. 
     
     
         5 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 3 , wherein each of the horizontal bars is arranged on the side grate in regular intervals in a vertical direction. 
     
     
         6 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein one of the projecting edges rests on one of the horizontal bars. 
     
     
         7 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is detachably mounted on the baking support. 
     
     
         8 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is inserted on the projecting edges of the baking support. 
     
     
         9 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is configured as a bent metal sheet which is inserted on one of the projecting edges of the baking support. 
     
     
         10 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is arranged in a pull-out direction on a rear section of the baking support. 
     
     
         11 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means extends over more than half of a length of one of the projecting edges of the baking support. 
     
     
         12 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is configured as a bracket which is fixed to a side wall of the baking support. 
     
     
         13 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is fixed by firm bonding to a side wall of the baking support. 
     
     
         14 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is made of a bent wire. 
     
     
         15 . The guide apparatus according to  claim 14 , wherein the bent wire is guided through at least one opening in the baking support. 
     
     
         16 . A baking oven, comprising the guide apparatus according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         17 . The guide apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein each of the horizontal bars is arranged on the side wall at regular intervals in a vertical direction. 
     
     
         18 . The guide apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one holding means is configured as a projection which is fixed to a side wall of the baking support.
