Abstract
An aluminum alloy extrusion material for a connector which is excellent in extrusion property and sacrificial anode property consists of 0.2 to 0.8% (hereinafter, “%” means “mass %”) of Si, 0.45 to 0.9% of Mg, 1.0 to 3.5% of Zn, 0.001 to 0.2% of Ti and the balance of Al plus unavoidable impurities.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An aluminum alloy extrusion material for a connector which is excellent in extrusion property and sacrificial anode property, consisting of 0.2 to 0.8% (hereinafter, “%” means “mass %”) of Si, 0.45 to 0.9% of Mg, 1.0 to 3.5% of Zn, 0.001 to 0.2% of Ti and the balance of Al plus unavoidable impurities.
2 . The aluminum alloy extrusion material as set forth in claim 1 ,
wherein a content of Zn is changed from a range of 1.0 to 3.5% to a range of 1.5 to 2.5%.
3 . The aluminum alloy extrusion material as set forth in claim 1 ,
wherein the aluminum alloy extrusion material is molded in a hollow shape.
4 . The aluminum alloy extrusion material as set forth in claim 1 ,
wherein an electric potential of the aluminum alloy extrusion material is lower than an electric potential of a pipe member to be swaged by 100 mV or more.
5 . The aluminum alloy extrusion material as set forth in claim 1 ,
wherein the pipe member is made of an Al—Mg—Si series alloy or an Al—Mn series alloy.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
