External Covering for Coffins, Sarcophagi, Cinerary Urns and the Like

Abstract

An external covering for coffins, sarcophagi, cinerary urns and the like is made of at least one adhesive film that can be applied to the entire outer surface of a container such as a coffin.

1 . An external covering for coffins, sarcophagi and the like, said covering comprising at least one adhesive film that can be applied uniformly over the entire outer surface of a coffin and the like. 
     
     
         2 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film, once applied, can be removed. 
     
     
         3 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film is made of a recyclable material. 
     
     
         4 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film is waterproof. 
     
     
         5 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film is impermeable to light. 
     
     
         6 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film is impermeable to wind. 
     
     
         7 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film is made of plastic material. 
     
     
         8 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film is made of environment friendly paper. 
     
     
         9 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , wherein said adhesive film is made of edible dyes. 
     
     
         10 . The external covering according to  claim 1 , further comprising a certification element that is associated with the external covering and is suitable to be applied to one face or the other of said covering or within said covering. 
     
     
         11 . A coffin comprising a box-like body made of rough wood, wherein said coffin comprises a covering according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         12 . The coffin according to  claim 11 , wherein said covering is applied uniformly on the entire outer surface of the coffin as an at least partial replacement of the finishing paint of said coffin.
