Abstract

A vibration detection device provided with a vibration detection sensor 51 A ( 51 B) that outputs a detection signal corresponding to a detected vibration, a wave filter 52 A ( 52 B) that filters a detection signal in accordance with a cut-off frequency, and a controller ( 64 ) for changing the cut-off frequency of the wave filter.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A vibration detection device comprising:
a vibration detection sensor that outputs a detection signal corresponding to a detected vibration, a wave filter that filters said detection signal in accordance with a cut-off frequency, and a controller that changes the cut-off frequency of said wave filter.

2 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 1 , wherein said controller changes a cut-off frequency of said wave filter at a timing when a mechanical part is driven.

3 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the cut-off frequency of said wave filter is switched from a frequency higher than a frequency occurring when a mechanical part is driven, to a frequency lower than a frequency occurring when said mechanical part is driven, at a timing when said mechanical part is driven.

4 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 1 , wherein said controller changes the cut-off frequency of said wave filter at the timing of driving a mirror that controls whether or not to reflect imaging light or driving a shutter that passes the imaging light at a predetermined timing.

5 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 1 , wherein
said wave filter includes a low pass filter, and said controller lowers the cut-off frequency of said wave filter at a predetermined timing.

6 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 1 , wherein said vibration detection sensor is mounted on an optical device without interposition of a damper member that absorbs impact.

         7 . A vibration detection device comprising:
a first part outputting a detection signal corresponding to detected vibration, a second part processing said detection signal output from said first part, and a board on which said first part and said second part are mounted, said board being mounted on a lens barrel that holds a lens.

8 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 7 , wherein said second part includes a circuit that converts said detection signal to a digital signal.

9 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 7 , wherein said first part and said second part are provided away from each other and centers of gravity of said first part and said second part are provided at positions away from the center of said board.

10 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 7 , wherein
said first part includes a first vibration detection sensor that detects vibration in a first direction and a second vibration detection sensor that detects vibration in a second direction different from said first direction, and said first vibration detection sensor is provided on a board separate from said second vibration detection sensor.

11 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 10 , wherein said second part processes a detection signal of said first vibration detection sensor and a detection signal of said second vibration detection sensor.

12 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 10 , wherein a board on which said first vibration detection sensor is provided and a board on which said second vibration detection sensor is provided are perpendicular.

13 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 7 , wherein said board is provided in parallel to an optical axis of an optical system provided in an optical device.

14 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 7 , wherein said first part is an angular velocity sensor and is provided with a mounting part that mounts to said board in a direction perpendicular to an angular velocity detection sensitivity axis.

15 . The vibration detection device as set forth in claim 7 , wherein said first part is mounted on an optical device without interposition of a damper member that absorbs vibration.
