Remote operation program, method and terminal apparatus

Abstract

A remote-operated unit of a user terminal apparatus remote-operated through network from a remote terminal apparatus of a support staff sends image information of a changed portion to the remote terminal apparatus to display a business screen in an interlocked manner when a change is detected in the business screen displayed by a business processing unit with an image-information transmission unit. When an operation-information reception unit receives remote operation information of a mouse or keyboard from the remote terminal apparatus, a remote-operation prohibited region management unit refers to a remote-operation prohibited region table and prohibits remote operation if the remote operation information is within the operation prohibited region.

1 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium which stores a program for driving a computer of a terminal apparatus remote-operated through a network from a remote terminal apparatus which the computer of a terminal apparatus to execute:
 upon receipt of remote operating information in a screen displayed in conjunction between said terminal apparatus and said remote terminal apparatus from said remote terminal apparatus, determining whether or not said remote operating information shows the operation within an area corresponding to said screen from among areas set in correspondence to the screen;   when said remote operating information shows the operation in an area corresponding to said screen, causing to execute a processing which does not permit operation corresponding to said remote operating information by said remote terminal apparatus.   
     
     
         2 . The storage medium according to  claim 1 , including processing of setting an area corresponding to said screen in a blind area. 
     
     
         3 . A remote operation method of a terminal apparatus remote operated through a network from a remote terminal apparatus which support a computer of a terminal apparatus, wherein the computer of the terminal apparatus is forced to execute:
 upon receipt of remote operating information in a screen displayed in conjunction between said terminal apparatus and said remote terminal apparatus from said remote terminal apparatus, determining whether or not said remote operating information shows the operation within an area corresponding to said screen from among areas set in correspondence to the screen;   when said remote operating information shows the operation in an area corresponding to said screen, causing to execute a processing which does not permit operation corresponding to said remote operating information by said remote terminal apparatus.   
     
     
         4 . The remote operation method according to  claim 3 , including processing of setting said area corresponding to said screen in a blind area. 
     
     
         5 . A terminal apparatus remote-operated through a network from a remote terminal apparatus comprising:
 a determining unit which determines, upon receipt of remote operating information in a screen displayed in conjunction between said terminal apparatus and said remote terminal apparatus from said remote terminal apparatus, whether or not said remote operating information shows the operation within an area corresponding to said screen from among areas set in correspondence to the screen; and,   a processing unit which executes, when said remote operating information shows the operation in an area corresponding to said screen, a processing which does not permit operation corresponding to said remote operating information by said remote terminal apparatus.   
     
     
         6 . The terminal apparatus according to  claim 5 , wherein said processing unit comprises processing of setting said area corresponding to said screen in a blind area.
