Abstract

A medium correcting device includes: a first correction section that includes a first adjustment system to adjust mutually pressing forces between a first rod-like rotation body and a second rod-like rotation body, wherein a recording medium on which an image is formed passes between the first and second rod-like rotation bodies, and at least one of the first and second rod-like rotation bodies is driven to rotate at a driving speed according to the mutually pressing forces; and a second correction section that includes a second adjustment system to adjust mutually pressing forces between the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body and the outer circular surface of the belt member, wherein the recording medium passes between the first and second circularly-moving bodes, and at least one of the first and second circularly-moving bodes is driven to rotate at a driving speed according to the mutually pressing forces.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A medium correcting device comprising:
 a first correction section that includes:
 a first rod-like rotation body that has a rod shape extending along a center of rotation and rotates about the center of rotation,
 a second rod-like rotation body that has a rod shape extending along the first rod-like rotation body and a circular surface softer than a circular surface of the first rod-like rotation body, and rotates together with the first rod-like rotation body while the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body press each other, and
 a first adjustment system that adjusts mutually pressing forces produced by the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body when pressing each other,
 wherein a recording medium passes between the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body, and at least one of the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body is driven to rotate at a driving speed according to the mutually pressing forces; and
   a second correction section that includes:
 a first circularly-moving body that has a circular surface moving circularly,
 a second circularly-moving body that has a loop-like belt member having an outer circular surface, the outer circular surface and the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body pressing each other, and the belt member circularly moving as the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body moves circularly, and
 a second adjustment system that adjusts mutually pressing forces produced by the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body and the outer circular surface of the belt member when pressing each other,
 wherein the recording medium passes between the first circularly-moving body and the second circularly-moving body, and at least one of the first circularly-moving body and the second circularly-moving body is driven to rotate at a driving speed according to the mutually pressing forces of the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body and the outer circular surface of the belt member.

         2 . An image forming device comprising:
 a first correction section that includes:
 a first rod-like rotation body that has a rod shape extending along a center of rotation and rotates about the center of rotation,
 a second rod-like rotation body that has a rod shape extending along the first rod-like rotation body and a circular surface softer than a circular surface of the first rod-like rotation body, and rotates together with the first rod-like rotation body while the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body press each other, and
 a first adjustment system that adjusts mutually pressing forces produced by the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body when pressing each other,
 wherein a recording medium passes between the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body;
   a second correction section that includes:
 a first circularly-moving body that has a circular surface moving circularly,
 a second circularly-moving body that has a loop-like belt member having an outer circular surface, the outer circular surface and the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body pressing each other, and the belt member circularly moving as the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body moves circularly, and
 a second adjustment system that adjusts mutually pressing forces produced by the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body and the outer circular surface of the belt member when pressing each other,
 wherein the recording medium passes between the first circularly-moving body and the second circularly-moving body;
   a first driving section that rotationally drives at least one of the first rod-like rotation body and the second rod-like rotation body at a driving speed according to the mutually pressing forces; and a second driving section that circularly drives at least one of the first circularly-moving body and the second circularly-moving body at a driving speed according to the mutually pressing forces of the circular surface of the first circularly-moving body and the outer circular surface of the belt member.

         3 . The image forming device according to claim 2 , wherein the first and second driving sections have respective driving sources different from each other.
