Abstract
The present inventors successfully obtained anti-NR10 antibodies having an effective neutralizing activity against NR10. The anti-NR10 antibodies provided by the present invention are useful as, for example, pharmaceuticals for treating or preventing inflammatory diseases.

4 . An anti-NR10 antibody which is any one of:
(1) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; (2) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 4; (3) an antibody comprising a light chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7; (4) an antibody comprising the light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 8; (5) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (1) and the light chain variable region of (3); (6) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (2) and the light chain variable region of (4); (7) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 4 and a light chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 8; and (8) an antibody which binds to the same epitope as an epitope bound by the antibody of any one of (1) to (7).
5 . An anti-NR10 antibody which is any one of:
(1) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 10, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 11; (2) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 12; (3) an antibody comprising a light chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 14, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15; (4) an antibody comprising the light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 16; (5) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (1) and the light chain variable region of (3); (6) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (2) and the light chain variable region of (4); (7) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 12 and a light chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 16; and (8) an antibody which binds to the same epitope as an epitope bound by the antibody of any one of (1) to (7).
6 . An anti-NR10 antibody which is any one of:
(1) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 17, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 18, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 19; (2) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 20; (3) an antibody comprising a light chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 21, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 22, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 23; (4) an antibody comprising the light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 24; (5) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (1) and the light chain variable region of (3); (6) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (2) and the light chain variable region of (4); (7) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 20 and a light chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 24; and (8) an antibody which binds to the same epitope as an epitope bound by the antibody of any one of (1) to (7).
7 . An anti-NR10 antibody which is any one of:
(1) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 26, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 27; (2) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 28; (3) an antibody comprising a light chain variable region which comprises CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 29, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 30, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 31; (4) an antibody comprising the light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 32; (5) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (1) and the light chain variable region of (3); (6) an antibody comprising the heavy chain variable region of (2) and the light chain variable region of (4); (7) an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 28 and a light chain variable region at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 32; and (8) an antibody which binds to the same epitope as an epitope bound by the antibody of any one of (1) to (7).
