Electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability

Abstract

An electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability, which comprising at least: an electric pump, a timer and an electromagnetic valve; the electric pump is used to supply lubricating oil for the engine operation, and a motor is equipped to provide boosting pressure and strong transfer power, thus preventing reduction of suction and oil feed of oil pipeline for the intake manifold of engine during urgent acceleration; the timer is electrically connected with the engine's starting switch and motor, helping to activate the energized engine after startup, and enable the startup and shut-off of timing control oil feed within a fixed time; the electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the timer and also controlled by it for the opening and closing, so as to realize correct and accurate oil feed and braking.

1 . An electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability, comprising:
 an electric pump, further comprising a cover and a tank; and the cover is fitted with an inlet valve, a pressure valve, an oil dripping window, a regulating valve, a fixed bolt, an outlet valve and a current equalizer;   a motor connected to the electric pump via an oil pipe, with its output linked to the regulating valve through the oil pipe;   an electromagnetic valve fixed securely at the outlet valve on the cover of the electric pump; and   a timer electrically connected to control the opening and closing of the drive motor and electromagnetic valve.   
     
     
         2 . The electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the motor is of vane-type or diaphragm type. 
     
     
         3 . The electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the power source of the timer is supplied by the starting switch of the engine. 
     
     
         4 . The electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a piston-type inching power supply unit also includes: a frame, a piston cylinder, an inching switch and a relay. 
     
     
         5 . The electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the C-shaped frame is combined securely with the piston cylinder by a locker, allowing to adjust vertically the position of the piston cylinder. 
     
     
         6 . The electric pump with time setting and enhanced oil-pipe transfer capability as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the power source of the motor is supplied by the starting switch of the engine.
