Claims

Abstract

The present invention discloses a cooling fetch method of preforms, and the method includes: using a first fetch mechanism for fetching each preform formed in a mold of an injection molding machine from the mold; a second fetch mechanism for fetching each preform on the first fetch mechanism. After the second fetch mechanism fetches a predetermined quantity of preforms, the preforms on second fetch mechanism are unloaded sequentially, such that the injection molding process and the cooling process of the preforms are separated. The timing of fetching each preform on the second fetch mechanism is controlled for assuring a good cooling effect of each preform.

1 . A cooling fetch method of preforms, comprising the steps of:
 (a) claiming a mold of an injection molding machine, and performing an injection molding operation to each preform in each mold cavity;   (b) opening the mold of the injection molding machine after a predetermined shaping time, and forming a plurality of high-temperature preforms;   (c) moving a first clamp portion of a first fetch mechanism from a start position to a target position, and entering into the opened mold, and a sucking vacuum produced by the first air nozzle of the first clamp portion fetches the preforms onto the first clamp portion;   (d) moving the first clamp portion of the first fetch mechanism from the target position to a cooling position, such that each preform is moved out of the mold, and the first clamp portion of the first fetch mechanism performs a cooling effect at a first stage to an external brink of the preform by a circulated cooling liquid, and after the first fetch mechanism removes the preforms from the mold, the injection molding machine closes the mold to perform an injection molding manufacture for the next stage;   (e) moving a second clamp portion of a second fetch mechanism from a material collection position to a material fetch position, and connecting each preform on the first clamp portion at the cooling position, and the first clamp portion and the second clamp portion performing a cooling action of a second stage to each preform and external and internal brinks of each preform, and after a predetermined cooling time, the second clamp portion carries the preforms from the material fetch position to the material collection position, and the second clamp portion of the second fetch mechanism continues performing a cooling action of a third stage to the internal brink of each preform, and the first clamp portion is resumed from the cooling position to the start position and prepares for the next fetching action;   (f) repeating Steps (b) to (e) until the second clamp portion fetches a predetermined quantity of preforms;   (g) performing an unloading action to the second clamp portion of the second fetch mechanism to remove a portion of the preforms on the second clamp portion from the second clamp portion;   (h) repeating steps (b) to (e), and moving the first clamp portion to the second clamp portion to the position of removing a portion of the preforms as described in Step (g), such that the second clamp portion captures the preforms on the first clamp portion;   (i) performing the unloading action to the second clamp portion again to remove another portion of the preforms on the second clamp portion from the second clamp portion, and the first clamp portion fetching the preforms from the mold and moving the preforms to a position corresponding to the preforms removed by the second clamp portion, such that the second clamp portion fetches the preforms on the first clamp portion.   
     
     
         2 . The cooling fetch method of preforms of  claim 1 , wherein the target position is disposed in the mold, and the cooling position is disposed on a side corresponding to the second fetch mechanism, and the start position is disposed between the target position and the cooling position, such that when the mold has not completed the injection molding, the first clamp portion is disposed at the start position to wait for the mold to be opened. 
     
     
         3 . The cooling fetch method of preforms of  claim 2 , wherein the start position is disposed proximate to a side of the mold. 
     
     
         4 . The cooling fetch method of preforms of  claim 1 , wherein the second clamp portion is rotated back and forth between a material collection position and a material unload position. 
     
     
         5 . The cooling fetch method of preforms of  claim 1 , wherein the cooling position is divided into a first fetch position, a second fetch position and a third fetch position. 
     
     
         6 . The cooling fetch method of preforms of  claim 5 , wherein the first clamp portion sequentially fetches the preforms to the first fetch position, the second fetch position and the third fetch position for the second clamp portion to fetch each preform on the first clamp portion, and then the second clamp portion removes each preformed fetched by the first fetch position from the second clamp portion and the first clamp portion is moved to the first fetch position, and then the second clamp portion fetches each preform situated on the first clamp portion of the first fetch position, and the second clamp portion performs an unloading action to remove each preform fetched by the second fetch position from the second clamp portion, and then the first clamp portion moves each preform to the second fetch position for the second clamp portion to fetch the preforms, and then each preform fetched from the third fetch position is removed from the second clamp portion, such that the first clamp portion carries each preform to the third fetch position for the second clamp portion to fetch the preforms. 
     
     
         7 . The cooling fetch method of preforms of  claim 1 , wherein the cooling position is divided into three or more fetch positions.
