Abstract
A falling-prevention ultra thin stone composite board is provided with a composite board body 1 composed of ultra thin stone veneer 11 and a light base board 12 sticking to the rear surface of the stone veneer. At least a pair of opposite bottom edges of the composite board body is separately fixed with connecting battens 2 which fasten the stone veneer 11 and the light base board 12 together. The cross section of the connecting batten 2 is general L-shape. And the connecting batten 2 is integrally formed by front plate and rear plate. The rear plate is fastened to the rear surface of the light base board 12 and the front plate is laid against the side surface of the composite board body 1, then the front plate of the connecting batten and the side surface of the stone veneer 1 are fixed together by a fasten device.

Ultra thin stone composite board according to the claim 1 , wherein the edge of front plate of the connecting batten has stone veneer convex hook, and the central of the side surface of the stone veneer has an anchorage groove correspondingly working in harmony with the stone veneer convex hook; the stone veneer convex hook inserts and latches to the anchorage groove with adhesive matter between them, which is the fasten device of the front plate of the connecting batten and the side surface of the stone veneer.
3 . Ultra thin stone composite board according to the claim 2 , wherein the thickness of the stone veneer of the composite board body ranges from 12 mm to 5 mm.

Ultra thin stone composite board according to the claim 1 , wherein the central of at least two sides of the front plate of the connecting batten overlaying on the side surface of the stone veneer are set with punch, and the corresponding location of the side surface of the stone veneer have connecting blind hole to connect with the punch, the connecting nail insert to the punch and the blind hole; the connecting nail insert to the connecting blind hole on the stone veneer through the punch of the front plate of the connecting batten, the nail and the inner of the connecting blind hole are fixed together with adhesive matter, forming the fasten device of the front plate of the connecting batten and the side surface of the stone veneer.
5 . Ultra thin stone composite board according to the claim 4 , wherein the thickness of the stone veneer of the composite board body ranges from 12 mm to 3 mm.
6 . Ultra thin stone composite board according to any claim of claim 1 , wherein only a pair of opposite bottom edges of the composite board body are fixed with connecting battens.
7 . Ultra thin stone composite boards according to any claim of claim 1 , wherein four bottom edges of the composite board body are fixed with connecting battens.
8 . Ultra thin stone composite board according to any claim of the claim 1 , wherein the rear plate of the connecting batten and the light base board are fixed together by rivets.
9 . Ultra thin stone composite board according to the claim 1 , wherein the light base board is aluminum beehive plate.
10 . Ultra thin stone composite board according to the claim 2 , wherein the light base board is aluminum beehive plate.
