Abstract
The present invention relates to an improvement for a combination structure of the bottom of a pan (kettle) body and a heating apparatus, and more particularly to the improvement which includes weld-bonding an aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block of similar or dissimilar materials to the bottom of a pan (kettle) body, wherein the outer side of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block can be molded by die casting or casting to embed an electric heating tube therein, or the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block is preheated to a certain temperature, the softened aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block is formed with an accommodating groove for accommodating an electric heating tube, the above-described aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block and the bottom of the pan (kettle) body are joined by high speed friction heat welding, and then the electric heating tube is clamped and fixed within the accommodating groove of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block, or an electric heating tube is embedded in an aluminum block which is then friction welded to the pan (kettle) such that the bottom of the pan (kettle) body can be quickly weld-bonded to the aluminum alloy plate or the aluminum block.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An improvement for a combination structure of the bottom of a pan (kettle) body and a heating apparatus, characterized in that:
an aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block of similar or dissimilar materials is weld-bonded to the bottom of a metallic pan (kettle) body which can be of a metal material such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, iron, or the like, wherein the outer edge surface of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block is molded as one piece by die casting or casting to embed an electric heating tube therein, the bottom of the pan (kettle) body and the corresponding joint face of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block are subjected to friction under pressure at instant high-speed rotation in such a manner that one of the workpieces is fixed and the other is rotated and moved forward slowly such that the bottom of the pan (kettle) body and the corresponding joint face of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block are instantaneously welded together because a large amount of heat generated by friction melts parts of the bottom and the joint face to provide high adhesion between them and then they are subjected to high-speed stamping or pressing, and thus the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block is welded to the bottom of the pan (kettle) body, which allows the pan (kettle) body to be welded to the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block without a flux as well as allows short welding time, ease of processing and less ease of deformation of products such that the bottom of the pan (kettle) body can be quickly weld-bonded to the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block.

The improvement for a combination structure of the bottom of a pan (kettle) body and a heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block is preheated to a certain temperature and becomes softened, the outer edge surface of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block is formed with an accommodating groove disposed in circular outwardly extending flanges for accommodating an electric heating tube, the size of the accommodating groove allows the electric heating tube to be mounted and embedded therein, the joint face of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block and the bottom of the pan (kettle) body are subjected to friction welding, and then an electric heating tube is mounted into the accommodating groove on the outer edge surface of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block, and the electric heating tube is clamped within the accommodating groove on the outer edge surface of the aluminum alloy plate or aluminum block in some positions of or over the upper edges of the accommodating groove.

The improvement for a combination structure of the bottom of a pan (kettle) body and a heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an electric heating tube is embedded in an aluminum block and then the joint face of the aluminum block and the bottom of the pan (kettle) are subjected to friction welding.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
