Abstract
A system for transmission, reception and accumulation of the knowledge packets to plurality of channel nodes in the network operating distributedly in a peer to peer environment via installable one or more role active Human Operating System (HOS) applications in a digital devise of each of channel node, a network controller registering and providing desired HOS applications and multiple developers developing advance communication and knowledge management applications and each of subscribers exploiting the said network resources by leveraging and augmenting taxonomically and ontologically classified knowledge classes expressed via plurality search macros and UKID structures facilitating said expert human agents for knowledge invocation and support services and service providers providing information services in the preidentified taxonomical classes, wherein each of channel nodes communicating with the unknown via domain specific supernodes each facilitating social networking and relationships development leading to human grid which is searchable via Universal Desktop Search by black box search module.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method of searching, sharing, and communication in plurality of network(s), the method comprising the steps of:
determining one or more responders by one or more requestors; allowing the requestor to send one or more request(s) to said one or more responders, via a central server; receiving one or more request(s) from one or more requestor at the central server; storing and processing said requests at the central server; determining one or more target responders by the central server; sending a representation of the request(s) to said one or more target responders, of one or more network(s) by the central server; receiving a response, from each of said target responders, from one or more network(s) or presenting request specific application(s) or retrieving shared contents from one or more network(s) or generating search results by the central server; and sending the response from one or more network(s) to the requestor-of one or more network(s) or updating shared content by the central server to one or more users of one or more networks.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a user is enabled to register one or more user services with profiles from one or more networks to the central server and to searching, auto matching, subscribing and registering one or more user services and/or other users of one or more networks from one or more networks.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said request comprises of one or more service request and/or task request and rule based request for user services, search request including real time human mediated search request, search request to one or more connected users and sharing requests, collaborative search results based on user submitted filtered search results with one or more metadata, wherein said metadata comprising system data, one or more keywords, taxonomies, ontology, categories, command(s), message(s), date and time, request ID, date and time of submission, requestor ID and requestor name, destination ID(s) of one or more user(s) service(s), request's source ID and profile(s) information and request type specific metadata.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said requestors and responders comprises of users of social network(s), digital automated sources, experts, user's connections, contacts, subscribers and like minded users and one or more individuals, groups, collaboration of one or more pre-identified individuals comprising company, organization, professional and social bodies, web site, governmental bodies and enterprises, service providers, data and application providers and enabling communication between users of social networks, peer-to-peer networks, and of non-social networks comprising one or more communication systems, applications, services, devices and networks.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , comprising the step of dynamically creating one or more group(s) of users in real time from one or more networks for social networking, searching, sharing, communicating based on search request, matching connections, subscriptions, contacts and preferences, said preferences including locations, languages, date and time, permissions, profile(s), known or unknown contacts, keywords, taxonomies, categories, activities types, interest, hobby or a combination thereof.

The method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein searching comprises of presenting a list of requested users and users services with service parameters including rank, grade, namespace, number of hits, statistics, payment terms, metadata, date and time, language, location, domain, associated taxonomy or categories, service name, service description, service user's reviews and/or comments, availability status and service usage details.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said responder is enabled for registering one or more services or domain specific group(s) of services with metadata to the central server, said meta data comprising service name, service type (public or private), service details, service timing, service related resource offerings, service related one or more applications and services, service related payment information, service conditions and rules, preferences, security and privacy settings, location, language and subscription details, one or more selected service type, selected service users list(s) based on contacts or connections, service group(s) name, service taxonomy classifications, categories and associated keywords.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the step of determining of one or more responders by the requestor comprises of selecting one or more responders from one or more categorized contact list including known or unknown likeminded users or accepting invitations or importing contacts from other networks and/or auto selecting based on two way match making preferences including indicated one or more preferences which are matched to one or more users to determine one or more target responders like one or more keywords, taxonomies, categories, rules, conditions, ontology and/or selecting one or more subscription sources and/or auto matching by the central server.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the step of processing the one or more request by the central server comprises of validating, formatting, indexing, analyzing and/or associating one or more metadata, said metadata including categories, taxonomies, keywords, rank, priority, system data and advertisements.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the step of determining one or more target responders by the central server based on searching a database for one or more responders and/or matching the requestor's one or more selections, wherein said determining is based on profiles, index data, historical data, rank, statistics, availability, priority, payment, relation, connection, association, expertise, quality, workload, location, language, preferences, service details and metadata including keywords, categories, taxonomy classifications, shared ontology, semantic syntax, meaning and rules or conditions.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein allowing requestor and responder to assign ranks and provide comments on one or more request and/or responses and submit said updates to the central server for updating, storing, validating, processing, and indexing said updates and making said request and associated responses searchable for other users.
12 . The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein processing of said sharing request from one or more network(s) comprises the steps of:
receiving, from the requestor or the user, a sharing request from one or more network(s) for sharing one or more selected resource(s) of one or more network(s); determining one or more one contacts and/or applications and/or users of social network(s) by the requestor or user for providing said one or more shared contents; retrieving said one or more shared contents of said requestor or user from one or more networks by the central server; and providing said shared contents of said user or requestor from said one or more network(s) to said determined one or more contacts and/or applications and/or users of social network(s) by the central server.
13 . The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein processing of said search request for collaborative search results comprises the steps of:
receiving a search request from the requestor or user of one or more network, by the central server; providing one or more search results from one or more sources to said requestor or user of one or more networks for said search request by the central server; receiving one or more filtered search results from the requestor or user of said network, for said search request at the central server; storing, indexing, and processing said user submitted search results for the said search request at the central server; and providing search of said filtered search results to other users of one or more network(s) based on one or more search criteria.
14 . The method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein processing of said search request comprises the steps of:
enabling user(s) for providing one or more shared contents or sources of shared contents and contacts or connections from one or more networks to the central server; tracking, retrieving, aggregating, storing, updating, bookmarking, indexing, and processing said one or more shared contents by the central server; receiving search request from the requestor by the central server; determining one or more matched connections or contacts for providing shared contents by the central server including determining mutual friends, auto matching, sending invitations, based on subscriptions and preferences; matching shared contents based on search request from said one or more determined contacts or connections by the central server; and providing search results to the requestor by the central server.
15 . The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein processing of said rule based request comprises the steps of:
registering one or more rule enabled services with a rule base by one or more rule enabled service providers at the central server; providing search to the user of network for searching and/or subscribing said one or more rule enabled services by the central server; providing rule base and rule templates with rule enabled services to user for associating or defining rules and/or policies with one or more request(s); enabling users to share domain, rule enabled service rules and rules templates; determining one or more rule enabled service providers by the user; sending one or more request with associated rules and metadata, said metadata including keywords, category or taxonomy classifications, preferences, scheduling details, shared ontology, semantic syntax, and system data including source and destination ID, date and time, profile id, historical data, to the central server; determining one or more rule enabled service providers by the central server; sending a representation of the request(s) with rules and metadata to said one or more rule enabled service providers, by the central server; receiving request with associated rules and metadata from requestor by rule enabled service provider(s) via central server; enabling rule enabled services provider(s) to update or associate or customize one or more rules associated with said request; automatically executing request associated rules by rule enabled service specific rule engine and/or manually by rule enabled service provider(s); and sending response by rule enabled services provider(s) to the requestor via central server.
16 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , comprising:
enabling user to select one or more domain specific profile templates or profiles or applications from the central server and/or presenting one or more selected or matched domain specific profile templates or profiles or applications to users by the central server based on one or more preferences, for recording, auto sensing and updating said profiles, the profile comprising status, actions, activities and experience, privacy settings and multiple attributes of user and user's connections; enabling user to input and/or update and/or share selected one or more said profiles to the central server; and storing, indexing, and processing said updates at the central server.
17 . A system for enabling users to search, share, and communicate in a plurality of network(s), the system comprises of:
one or more requestors to determine one or more responders, to send one or more request(s) to said one or more responders via a central server; a central server configured to receive one or more request(s) from one or more said requestors, to store and process said one or more requests, determine one or more target responders, send a representation of the request(s) to said one or more target responders, of one or more network(s), receive a response, from each of said target responders from one or more network(s) or present request specific application(s) or retrieve shared contents from one or more network(s) or generate search results, send the response from one or more network(s) to the requestor-of one or more network(s) or to update shared content to one or more users of one or more networks.

The system as claimed in claim 17 , wherein a user is enabled to register one or more user services with profiles from one or more networks to the central server and to search, auto match, subscribe and register one or more user services and/or other users of one or more networks from one or more networks.

The system as claimed in claim 17 , the system adapted to dynamically create one or more group(s) of users in real time from one or more networks for social networking, searching, sharing and communicating based on search request, matching connections, subscriptions, contacts and preferences, wherein said preferences including locations, languages, date and time, permissions, profile(s), known or unknown contacts, keywords, taxonomies, categories, activities types, interest, hobby or a combination thereof.

The system as claimed in claim 18 , wherein said search configured to present a list of requested users and users services with service parameters including rank, grade, namespace, number of hits, statistics, payment terms, metadata, date and time, language, location, domain, associated taxonomy or categories, service name, service description, service user's reviews and/or comments, availability status and service usage details.

The system as claimed in claim 17 wherein requestors are configured to select one or more responders from one or more categorized contact list including known or unknown likeminded users or accepting invitations or importing contacts from other networks and/or auto select based on two way match making preferences including indicated one or more preferences which are matched to one or more users to determine one or more target responders like one or more keywords, taxonomies, categories, rules, conditions, ontology and/or select one or more subscription sources and/or auto match by the central server.
24 . The system as claimed in claim 19 , wherein said system is configured to process said sharing request from one or more network(s), the system comprising:
one or more requestors and/or users are enabled to send, a sharing request from one or more network(s) to share one or more selected resource(s) of one or more network(s), to determine one or more contacts and/or applications and/or users of social network(s) to provide said one or more shared contents; central server configured to retrieve said one or more shared contents of said requestor or user from one or more networks, to provide said shared contents of said user or requestor from said one or more network(s) to said determined one or more contacts and/or applications and/or users of social network(s).
25 . The system as claimed in claim 18 wherein said system is configured to, process said search request, the system comprising:
one or more user(s) enabled to provide one or more shared contents or sources of shared contents and contacts or connections from one or more networks to the central server;
a central server configured to track, retrieve, aggregate, store, update, bookmark, index, and process said one or more shared contents, receive search request from the requestor, determine one or more matched connections or contacts to provide shared contents including determining mutual friends, auto matching, sending invitations, based on subscriptions and preferences, match shared contents based on search request from said one or more determined contacts or connections, and provide search results to the requestor.
26 . A network device for searching, sharing, and communication in plurality of network(s), said network device configured to perform the method as claimed in claim 1 .
