Abstract
A fire tube condensing boiler for generating hot water, comprising a thermostatic device between an outlet connector and a portion of space for containing the water, which is adapted to let the water flow out when it reaches a preset temperature value, and further comprising an external bypass line connected at its ends to the outlet connector downstream of the thermostatic device and to the portion of space in a position that is interposed between an inlet connector and a perforated diaphragm that is arranged below a furnace and is spaced from it.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 2 . (canceled)
3 . A fire tube condensing boiler for generating hot water, provided with a structure made of carbon steel which comprises an outer enclosure that is adapted to delimit a portion of space for containing the water to be heated, which is introduced cold by way of an inlet connector located proximate to the base of the enclosure and exits hot by way of an outlet connector located proximate to the top of the enclosure, said portion of space being crossed by tubes for conveyance of the exhaust gases produced by combustion in a furnace located proximate to the top of said portion, further comprising a thermostatic device that is interposed between said outlet connector and the portion of space for containing the water to be heated, which is adapted to let the water flow out when it reaches a preset temperature value, and further comprising a bypass line for conveying water that runs outside the enclosure that delimits the portion of space for containing the water to be heated and is connected at two ends respectively to said outlet connector downstream of the thermostatic device and to said portion of space in a position that is interposed between the inlet connector of the cold water and a perforated diaphragm that is arranged below the furnace and is spaced therefrom.
4 . The boiler according to claim 3 , wherein the thermostatic device comprises a plate which is connected to a plurality of heat-sensitive expansion elements arranged in series so as to be able to move said plate away from the position for blocking the port for accessing the hot water outlet connector, overcoming the action of a spring that pushes said plate toward said blocking position.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
