Abstract

A seal for beverage can/bottle that is a seal for a beverage can and for a beverage bottle, respectively. The seal for the beverage can/bottle provides a solution to the problem of the hygiene of the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle, respectively, in this, that it covers these areas. The seal for the beverage can/bottle provides a solution to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene of the areas of the beverage can/bottle, respectively, that it covers in this, that it, itself, undergoes irreversible change. When the seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, underwent no change whatsoever, the user is sure that no one before him removed and returned this seal to its previous place.

A seal for beverage can/bottle that is a seal for a beverage can and for a beverage bottle, here and from now on, respectively, the parts of said seal for beverage can and the parts of said seal for beverage bottle, are similar to each other and operate in a similar way, said seal for the beverage can/bottle is fitted to the shape of the upper part of the beverage can/bottle, here and from now on, respectively, said seal for the beverage can/bottle is transparent or partially transparent or opaque, and said seal for the beverage can/bottle comprising a cup and a ring, said cup and said ring are inseparable parts of said seal for the beverage can/bottle, said cup is a covering that has a general shape of hollow cylinder open on its one side and closed on its opposite side, said cup covers the upper part of the beverage can/bottle, said ring surrounds said cup in its full circumference, and said ring comprising at least one arc, at least one grip and at least two weakened strips, each said arc and each said grip remaining connected to said cup in every case, and at the going out of the beverage can/bottle from the production line in the factory, said ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle, which in the beverage can is immediately below the seams, and in the weakened strips having no tear whatsoever. 
     
     
         2 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein said cup covers all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle. 
     
     
         3 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein, in case of a beverage bottle, when a closure from type called crown cap is dressed above and around the upper bulge that surrounds the opening of the beverage bottle, the neck of the beverage bottle can be found immediately below the lower bulge that is found below the upper bulge.

A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one said grip that has two said weakened strips attached to it in its two sides, one said weakened strip on each side, connected on its two sides, through the same two said weakened strips that are attached to it on both sides, one said weakened strip on each side, to one said arc or to two said arcs or to one said arc and one said grip or to two said grips. 
     
     
         5 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein said ring is thicker than said cup. 
     
     
         6 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein said cup is a single thickness. 
     
     
         7 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein said seal for the beverage can is made of plastic. 
     
     
         8 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein said seal for the beverage bottle is made of plastic. 
     
     
         9 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein there are additions such as embossment, imprint, drawing and label. 
     
     
         10 . A seal for beverage can/bottle comprising a cup and a ring, and said ring comprising at least one arc, at least one grip and at least two weakened strips, and said ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle when beginning to turn at least one said grip in relation to another part or parts of said ring for first time, and have at least one said grip that turns it in relation to another part or parts of said ring for first time causing, when said ring is still found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle, to tear at least in two said weakened strips. 
     
     
         11 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 10 , wherein two said weakened strips that are in it were caused by a tear found attached to one said grip on its two sides, one said weakened strip on each side. 
     
     
         12 . A seal for beverage can/bottle comprising a cup and a ring, and said ring comprising at least one arc, at least one grip and at least two weakened strips, and said ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle when beginning to carry out the process of the removal of said seal for the beverage can/bottle from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle for the first time when said seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, underwent, since its going out from the production line in the factory, no change whatsoever, and the process of the removal of said seal for the beverage can/bottle from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle for the first time, when said seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, underwent, since its going out from the production line in the factory, no change whatsoever, carried out by holding and turning of at least one said grip that its turning in relation to another part or parts of said ring causing to tear at least in two said weakened strips, an action causing, when said ring is still found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle, to tear at least in two said weakened strips, continuation of holding and pulling of at least one said grip or holding and pulling of said seal for the beverage can/bottle causing thereby that said ring is not found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle and the upper part of the beverage can/bottle is exposed and uncovered. 
     
     
         13 . A seal for beverage can/bottle according to  claim 12 , wherein two said weakened strips that are in it were caused by a tear found attached to one said grip on its two sides, one said weakened strip on each side.
