Abstract

A hair binder for arranging the hair is disclosed to include an elastic cord member, a clamp affixed to the elastic cord member to join the ends of the elastic cord member, and a flexible protective sleeve covering the clamp and carrying a design.

1 . A hair binder, comprising:
 an elastic cord member, said elastic cord member having two distal ends;   a clamp affixed to said elastic cord member to join the ends of said elastic cord member; and   a flexible protective sleeve covering said clamp and keeping said clamp from sight.   
     
     
         2 . The hair binder as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said flexible protective sleeve is formed on said clamp by injection molding. 
     
     
         3 . The hair binder as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said flexible protective sleeve is made from silicon rubber. 
     
     
         4 . The hair binder as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said flexible protective sleeve is made from rubber. 
     
     
         5 . The hair binder as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said flexible protective sleeve is made from thermal shrinkable polyvinyl chloride. 
     
     
         6 . The hair binder as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said flexible protective sleeve carries a design.
