Abstract
An anchoring panel for a sport wall system with a front side facing an interior of the sport wall system, a back side, a flange extending from and rigidly fixed to the back side, a top side, a bottom side, and a first and second end wall is provided. Each of the first and second end walls include interlocking elements for interlocking with a first or second end of another panel in the sport wall system, the interlocking elements comprising at least a male knob extending towards the bottom side of the anchoring panel and configured to be insertable into a panel recess of the another panel in the sport wall system.

22 . A sport wall system comprising:
a plurality of adjacently arranged panels forming an enclosed sporting area, the plurality of panels comprising: a front side facing an interior of the enclosed sporting area, a back side, and first and second end walls arranged therebetween, wherein each of said first and second end walls comprise interlocking elements for interlocking with another of the plurality of panels, and when the plurality of panels are connected, the end walls of the plurality of panels are in abutting contact with end walls of the adjacently arranged panels.
23 . The sport wall system according to claim 22 , wherein at least one of the plurality of panels comprises an anchoring flange, the anchoring flange rigidly connected to and extending at a right angle from the back side of at least one of the plurality of panels.
24 . The sport wall system according to claim 23 , wherein the anchoring flange comprises a discrete hollow interior separate from the panel.
25 . The sport wall system according to claim 24 , wherein the anchoring flange further comprises an opening for providing access to the hollow interior for receiving an anchoring material, wherein when the anchoring flange receives the anchoring material via the flange opening, the anchoring material is separated from the panel.
26 . The sport wall system according to claim 22 , wherein at least one of the plurality of panels comprises a curved front side and back side.
27 . The sport wall system according to claim 22 , wherein at least one of the plurality of panels comprises a panel gate.
28 . The sport wall system according to claim 22 , wherein the interlocking elements comprise one or more protrusions and complementary recesses, wherein the protrusions extend from the end wall of one of the first and second end walls of one of the plurality of panels and are insertable into the one or more complementary recesses arranged in another of the plurality of panels.
29 . The sport wall system according to claim 22 , wherein the panel further comprises a top side extending between the end walls, and wherein an interlocking element is arranged on the top side and interlocks with another interlocking element from an adjacent panel.
30 . The sport wall system according to claim 30 , wherein the top side comprises a recessed stepped surface, and the interlocking element is arranged thereon.
31 . An anchoring panel for a sport wall system comprising:
a panel and an anchoring flange;
wherein the panel comprises a front side facing for withstanding contact as a result of sports activity, a back side, and first and second end walls arranged therebetween, wherein each of said first and second end walls comprise interlocking elements for interlocking with another panel, and when the panels is connected to adjacently arranged panels, the end walls of the panel is in abutting contact with end walls of adjacently arranged panels; and
wherein the anchoring flange is rigidly connected to, and extends at a right angle from a middle portion of the back side of the panel and provides stability to the anchoring panel during contact from the sports activity.
32 . The anchoring panel according to claim 31 , wherein the anchoring flange comprises a discrete hollow interior separate from the panel.
33 . The anchoring panel according to claim 32 , wherein the anchoring flange further comprises an opening for providing access to the hollow interior for receiving an anchoring material, wherein when the anchoring flange receives the anchoring material via the flange opening, the anchoring material is separated from the panel.
34 . The anchoring panel according to claim 31 , wherein the panel further comprises a top side extending between the end walls, and wherein a stepped surface is recessed on the top side and comprises an interlocking element configured interlock with another interlocking element from an adjacent panel.
35 . The anchoring panel according to claim 31 , wherein the interlocking elements comprise one or more protrusions and complementary recesses, wherein the protrusions extend from the end wall of one of the first and second end walls of one of the plurality of panels and are insertable into the one or more complementary recesses arranged in another of the plurality of panels.
36 .
