Foldable jigsaw piece and foldable jigsaw frame assembly
Abstract
A picture mosaic's foldable piece and frame are present. The picture mosaic's piece has the first piece and the second piece, and one side of the first piece is connected with one side of the second piece by a strip connector, and the first piece can fold backward or forward from 0 to 180 degree relative to the second piece along the connector, and shape projections or concaves are set on at least part of the other sides of the first piece and the second piece to connect with other pieces. The picture mosaic's frame comprises at least two picture frames connected by strip connectors, and anyone of the picture frames can fold backward or forward from 0 to 180 degree relative to the adjacent picture frames along the connectors, and shape projections or concaves are set on inner sides of the picture frames to connect with picture mosaic's pieces.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A foldable jigsaw piece comprising: a first piecing member, a second piecing member and a connecting member that is longitudinal, wherein: the first piecing member and second piecing member are connected to each other through the connecting member; each of the first and second piecing members is capable of pivoting relative to the other for an angle from 0 to 180 degrees to fold the foldable jigsaw piece into an obversely or reversely folded configuration; and each of the first and second piecing members has edges and at least one of the edges has a protruding or notched Ω-shaped engaging member for connection with another jigsaw piece.
2 . The foldable jigsaw piece as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the connecting member is a column and has two opposite side edges connected respectively to and corresponding to the first and second piecing members and each side edge has a narrowed neck formed thereon and connected to a corresponding one of the first and second piecing members.
3 . The foldable jigsaw piece as claimed in claim 2 , wherein each of the first and second piecing members has an obverse surface, a reverse surface and two inclined surfaces; and the inclined surfaces are formed respectively on the obverse and reverse surfaces and are defined adjacent to one side edge of the connecting member.
4 . The foldable jigsaw piece as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a thickness of the connecting member is smaller than a thickness of each of the first and second piecing members; and when the first and second piecing members pivot for 180 degrees and fold the foldable jigsaw piece, the connecting member at least partially presses against and supports one inclined surface of each of the first and second piecing members.
5 . A foldable jigsaw frame assembly comprising at least two jigsaw frames and adjacent jigsaw frames are connected through a frame boundary that is assembled from multiple foldable jigsaw pieces; each jigsaw frame is capable of pivoting relative to an adjacent jigsaw frame for an angle from 0 to 180 degrees to fold the jigsaw frame assembly into an obversely or reversely folded configuration; and each jigsaw frame has an inside annular edge and multiple protruding or notched Ω-shaped engaging members formed on or defined in the inside annular edge for connection with jigsaw pieces.
6 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the each foldable jigsaw piece has a first piecing member, a second piecing member and a connecting member that is longitudinal; the first piecing member and second piecing member are connected to each other through the connecting member; each of the first and second piecing members is capable of pivoting relative to the other for an angle from 0 to 180 degrees to fold the foldable jigsaw piece into an obversely or reversely folded configuration; and each of the first and second piecing members has edges and at least one of the edges has a protruding or notched Ω-shaped engaging member for connection with another jigsaw piece.
7 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the connecting member of each foldable jigsaw piece is a column and has two opposite side edges connected respectively to and corresponding to the first and second piecing members and each side edge has a narrowed neck formed thereon and connected to a corresponding one of the first and second piecing members.
8 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 7 , wherein each of the first and second piecing members of each foldable jigsaw piece has an obverse surface, a reverse surface and two inclined surfaces; and the inclined surfaces are formed respectively on the obverse and reverse surfaces and are defined adjacent to one side edge of the connecting member.
9 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 8 , wherein a thickness of the connecting member is smaller than a thickness of each of the first and second piecing members of each foldable jigsaw piece; and when the first and second piecing members pivot for 180 degrees and fold the foldable jigsaw piece, the connecting member at least partially presses against and supports one inclined surface of each of the first and second piecing members.
10 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the jigsaw frames are at least three and adjacent three jigsaw frames thereof are capable of pivoting relative to one another into a Z-shaped folded configuration.
11 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the jigsaw frames are at least three and adjacent three jigsaw frames thereof are capable of pivoting relative to one another into a Z-shaped folded configuration.
12 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the jigsaw frames are at least three and adjacent three jigsaw frames thereof are capable of pivoting relative to one another into a Z-shaped folded configuration.
13 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the jigsaw frames are at least three and adjacent three jigsaw frames thereof are capable of pivoting relative to one another into a Z-shaped folded configuration.
14 . The foldable jigsaw frame assembly as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the jigsaw frames are at least three and adjacent three jigsaw frames thereof are capable of pivoting relative to one another into a Z-shaped folded configuration.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
