Abstract

A horizontal solar tracker is provided for solar tracker and solar moduli. The horizontal solar tracker uses a truss device to enhance bending moment endurance. The truss device has good stress strength. Thus the present invention can resist deformation.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A horizontal solar tracker apparatus, comprising
a support body, said support body comprising a support stud and a support part, said support body processing motion and improving structural strength; a combining part, said combining part combining said support body; a solar modulus crutch, said solar modulus crutch having solar trackers/solar moduli on said solar modulus crutch; a trig forks elevator, said trig forks elevator together with said solar modulus crutch being placed on said support body, said trig forks elevator processing a motion having an elevation angle to said solar modulus crutch; and an azimuth (AZ) bearing device, said AZ bearing device being located between said combining part and said support body, said AZ bearing device driving said support body to process a rotation having an AZ angle to said solar modulus crutch.

         2 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said support part is obtained through staggering a plurality of rectangular beams.

         3 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said support part has a T shape at a top-down view.

         4 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said support part has a step shape at a side view.

         5 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said trig forks elevator is a parallel amplifying device.

         6 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said trig forks elevator comprises a trig forks part and a hydraulic cylinder; wherein said trig forks part comprises at nearest a first linkage a second linkage, a third linkage and a fourth linkage; wherein said trig forks part is linked to said support body at a first joint connecting said hydraulic cylinder and further said support part and a second joint connecting said first linkage and said support part; and wherein said second joint is horizontally located higher than said first joint.

         7 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
where in said support body fixes said trig forks elevator and said solar modulus crutch by using casters.

         8 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said combining part is penetrated by said support stud to fix and combine said support body and said support stud.

         9 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said combining part is fixed upon said support stud to fix and combine said support body and said support stud.

         10 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said support stud is combined with a plurality of prop stands.
