Abstract

A printer module paper feed-out procedure in which a sheet-transfer roller set transfers the paper sheet forwards during printing, and paper feed-out rollers are rotated forwards for a predetermined time period and then stopped so that the paper feed-out rollers hold down the lead end of the paper sheet when the printing action of the printing head and the paper sheet transferring action of the sheet-transfer roller set are being continued, and then a paper cutting unit is operated to cut off the printed front part of the paper sheet when the printing action is finished, and then the paper feed-out rollers are rotated to transfer the cutoff piece of paper out of a paper outlet of a face panel of the printer module and then he paper feed-out rollers are stopped to hold down the rear end of the cutoff piece of paper, avoiding falling of the cutoff piece of paper away from the paper outlet of the face panel.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A printer module paper feed-out procedure used in a printer module to control paper feed-out, comprising the steps of:
 (a) starting printer module printing action; (b) starting printing head of printing mechanism to print the paper sheet of a paper roll, and driving a sheet-transfer roller set to transfer the paper sheet forwards; (c) determining whether or not the lead end of the paper sheet triggered a paper sensor, and then proceeding to a next step when positive or returning to the last step when negative; (d) driving paper feed-out rollers forwards for a predetermined time period and then stopped, enabling the paper feed-out rollers to hold down the lead end of the paper sheet; (e) continuing the printing action of the printing head and paper sheet transferring action of the sheet-transfer roller set to have a part of the paper sheet be temporarily accumulated in a spare space inside the printer module; (f) stopping the sheet-transfer roller set when the printing action is finished, and then starting the paper cutting unit to cut off the printed front part of the paper sheet, thereby obtaining a cutoff piece of paper having a front end thereof held down by the paper feed-out rollers; (g) rotating the paper feed-out rollers to transfer the cutoff piece of paper out of a paper outlet of a face panel of the printer module; and (h) stopping the paper feed-out rollers to hold down the rear end of the cutoff piece of paper and to avoid falling of the cutoff piece of paper away from the paper outlet of the face panel.

2 . The printer module paper feed-out procedure as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising the sub-step of determining whether or not the rear end of the cutoff piece of paper triggered the paper sensor after step (g), and then proceeding to step (h) when positive, or returning to step (f) when negative.
