Abstract

A multi-storied garage having an energy efficient ventilation system that incorporates a unique window array and vertically mounted energy producing wind turbines located in a corner of the garage structure that would otherwise be unusable for vehicle parking.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A multi-storied garage structure having an energy efficient power and ventilation system, comprising a base line ground floor and a roof top; at least one vertically disposed wind-turbine affixed to the exterior of the multi-storied garage and disposed between the ground floor and the roof top.

2 . The garage structure of claim 1 wherein at least three stacked wind turbines are affixed to the exterior.

3 . The garage structure of claim 2 , where the topmost portion of the upper wind turbine may extend above the roof line of the structure.

4 . The garage structure of claim 2 , wherein the stacked wind turbines are provided in a corner of the structure.

5 . The garage structure of claim 4 , wherein said corner of the structure would otherwise be unusable interior space on the garage floor where no vehicles could be parked due to the ramping and lane delineation for vehicles.

6 . The garage structure of claim 1 , wherein the garage ventilation system provides for natural air flow and comprises a plurality of arrangements of glass channels configured and spaced to allow for pre-arranged gaps between certain channels to meet calibrated minimal levels of open space for ventilation purposes.

7 . The garage structure of claim 6 , wherein there are at least five different patterns of arrays of glass channels.

8 . The garage structure of claim 7 , wherein the arrays may be disposed in different progressions of arrangements from densely configured to openly configured.

9 . The garage structure of claim 8 , wherein the arrays and the progressions may differ from floor to floor.

10 . A multi-storied garage structure having a base line ground floor and a roof top; the garage having a glass facade on at least one exterior perimeter wall to allow natural air flow ventilation for the structure; the glass façade comprised of vertically arranged channels of glass spaced in a calibrated arrangement to provide the minimum required air flow.

11 . The garage of claim 10 , wherein said glass channels are arranged in arrays of different patterns of adjacent spacing between channels and between arrays of different spacing between arrays.

12 . The garage of claim 11 , wherein the arrays have different arrangements from floor to floor.
